Staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming! Felt like I was visiting a friend's house vs a hotel. The beds are so comfortable it took us 3 seconds to fall asleep. Quiet, peaceful evenings. The pools are amazing we all had a great time enjoying those. The rooms were very clean, right near downtown but just outside of it to be away from the hustle and bustle. 5 different places to eat right across the highway from the hotel. So many great things. We will definitely be staying here anytime we are passing through!!

We had to pay an extra per-child fee in order for our young grandchildren to swim in the pool for a couple of hours. That would've been fine, but we found out they charged family members who stayed there a few weeks before us a different rate, and didn't charge those family members at all during a different stay. If you're going to charge visitors to use the pool, make it part of your policy (under xx years free, over xx years $) and don't change the rate. The vending machine was almost empty during our entire stay.

your pool room was excellent enjoyed ourselves very much. The breakfast was pretty good, at first i thought that you did not have a lot for breakfast, but you just have a lot of area there and that is good because you get a lot of people in there and it doesn't feel crowded. The room was exceptionally clean. Hotel was on a main drag and not tucked in somewhere.

I wish you would have had brochures in the room for like restaurants, things to do around the area. toilet is very low No fan in shower

When we arrived, the person who checked us in saw that I was using a cane, and she made special arrangements to get us a downstairs room. Since they do not have an elevator, it would be difficult to get up the stairs with both a cane and luggage.. I appreciate her extra effort. The room turned out to be very nice and was quite spacious.

The bathroom was very compact, but other than that, everything was great

1. We appreciated the room upgrade for our 30th Anniversary. So kind and unexpected. 2. Realizing this is an older property, you can tell there have been steady upgrades, which is great. To that category, I would suggest a higher toilet, for us Senior visitors. 3. Staff was helpful and personable 4. Breakfast was thin. 5. I'd put money on toilet upgrades and breakfast.

Was the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Very clean, great food, pool was awesome even for me. I normally never swim in my hotel stays. The pool was at the perfect temperature and so clean. The cost was very reasonable even for me.

Absolutely nothing. I plan to go again and again. My grandson lives near there, and we are from Minnesota.

Pool was fantastic and warm and room was clean. It was my daughters birthday the staff was great with her even gave her an extra hour to swim after check out. The place was packed on Saturday it's the best hotel in the area.

The bathroom was a little small but not a deal breaker, and I have had better hotel breakfast, but I have also had worse

Pool area was so much fun with waterslide, basketball in the pool and other games. We had a group of 14 and all were able to eat pizza together in the lobby area.

My son said his phone fell behind the bed. When he went to retrieve it there were wrappers and other trash

We loved the pancake machine. We have never seen that before. Everything was delicious. The pool was fantastic and we liked it was warm. My grandkids loved all the slides. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was.

I didn’t like that my bathroom sink was dirty and it had hairs in it.

It was centrally located for all the places we wanted to see. The breakfast was good, it was an egg omelette with cheese and sausage, bisques and gravy. They were in a container in the fridge you had to heat up. Cereal and pastries and yoghurt some fruit. It made a nice start to the day.

The water slide was down the whole time we were there. There are no elevators, so if you have a room on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. The toilet area was very small and the sink area was small too.
