All was ok
We had to phone each time for front desk staff. One of the times we asked for a restaurant recommendation, since almost everything was closed at 5:40 on a Sunday. The man said we had two options, Mexicans and Blue Marble. We asked for directions. He said look it up. I felt that, although looking it up would have indeed answered more questions, it was rather rude.

Pillows and the bed were very comfortable.
The bathroom counter space was very small and needed more outlets in the room. They also should put a mirror above the desks so more than one person can get ready at a time.

The breakfast area is quite cramped, and considering the cost of the stay, there could be more and better options available.

nicely located, friendly staff and very helpful. Nice restaurant on site but hotel provides nice complimentary breakfast. parking available for guest and very walkable to shops and diners
We had a wonderful stay except shower head setting was Filomena last Jets and unable to fix during our stay.

Thr staff was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. Coffee was available all the time.
Some noise from upstairs. First room was a little dirty. But the gal at the desk was fantastic and put us in a different room immediately.

Great location; comfortable bed; great front desk people.
Breakfast wasn't great. The hot food was not replenished very often and the waffles were about the only thing that was readily available, but the syrup ran out and stayed empty for the rest of the morning.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and a shower mar would be appreciated. Rather slippery.

The only staff I dealt with was at front desk. She was very accommodating on allowing me to register when I left my bag with identification in a friends car. 👍
