I love the location, love the rooms and breakfast! Beds were comfy, smart TV was great, and there was plenty of space to spread out. I enjoyed every interaction with any staff I saw, and my favorite part was how quiet it was in the rooms, unlike some hotels you hear every door close.

Breakfast food, aside from the waffles you could make yourself, was barely warm, but the selection was decent. Also, this is probably because we were somehow in an accessible room, the shower head/s were not great, but it certainly wouldn't affect me staying there again. I also missed the fruit infused water they had in the past at the front desk.

The manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay to attend graduation was positive, after my booking.com reservation went wrong.

My reservation through booking.com was modified, and somehow under my additional guest's name, not mine. The room reserved had one bed, not the two I had selected. I won't book through a third party again unless I'm travelling alone.

Comfortable beds! Very nice and spacious suites. Very clean grounds and building.

COLD COLD COLD pool! There's no staff EVER at the desk, always had to ding for someone (even during busy morning hours, it's very off-putting) but they're friendly when they get there. More pillows and blankets readily available in closets/dressers would be nice.

Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices to pick in the morning. The area of location could’ve been better. Wasn’t near any shopping stores but it was in a quite zone.

Nothing major but it would’ve been nice to have a ceiling fan in my room. It got hot, even though I had the thermostat set at mid 60s.

I love the suite so I can bring my own food and eat on my own schedule. New places being built nearby.

My tv did not function properly and the bed seemed like the mattress needed to be turned or something. A restaurant would be a nice addition.

The room was amazing, and breakfast was awesome! It was well staffed and everyone was very pleasant. I also loved that I had the option to use my streaming services on the TV there. Even the cold, fruit infused water at the check in desk was a great addition. 12/10, would recommend!

The pillows are about the only issue I had. For some people they are probably great, but for me, I just wasn't a fan. Everything else was great!

Absolutely gorgeous room! Modern style, kitchen, living room area, sleeping area, big bathroom. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast! Free parking. Location was a good starting point for everything we wanted to do.

I love the king studio suite. I am able to bring my own food and use the full kitchen as well as spread out in the desk/couch area and do inventory and update things on my laptop.

My room’s sink was slow to drain. I would love to see some coasters added to the kitchen supplies. Bed was a bit hard.

Roomy, clean, easy to get to.

Our toilet didn’t have enough water pressure and wasn’t flushing properly. We called for maintenance who came within 20 min and told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. We asked for a different room and fortunately one was available. We just had to wait for checkout and cleaning.

The size of the room was very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently close to a COSTCO store.

NO ventilation in the bathroom. Bathroom smells can linger ... if you catch my drift.
