Comfy, clean bed, hot shower, mini fridge, heated lamp in the bathroom was a bonus, the location was convenient, & had a microwave & sitting area. The air worked great & wasn't overly loud like some units at other hotels we've stayed at before. Liked having the sink area separate from the bathroom & that it was a big enough vanity to accommodate 2 of us using it at the same time. Staff left you be but we're always around if you needed something & could easily be located. Loved that they accommodated my request I had put in the notes of my online booking, even with me not checking in until 9pm. We had no complaints even with the hotel being fully booked, including every hotel nearby with all the softball & soccer tournaments going on that weekend.

Bathroom was a bit snug but did like that the sink area was seperate from the shower & toilet, So was worth having a smaller shower/toilet area. There was 1 sketchy guest our first night but staff handled it quickly & very quietly faster than it took me to notice, so that's more of a positive than negative since the guests behavior isn't the hotels fault. Our door handle would stick a little when closing & wouldn't always click to lock automatically so we would have to jiggle it a bit but once it clicked, the door was fully locked, so it was fine & we noticed right away so never felt unsafe.

Facilities was good. Clean for the most part, a little outdated. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Pleasant stay. Was what we needed and for a fair price.

Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke when we entered. I opened the window and aired it out. Was fine after that. No elevator!

Covenant location. Close to several gas stations. Lots of food places. 10 min drive to Walmart. I brought a crockpot with me so we didn’t have to spend to much money going out to eat every day three times a day for my daughter and I. Great Wi-Fi so my daughter could do school work. Nothing fancy but great price for the stay. Worth it. Vary quiet which was a major plus.

Super clean rooms office hallways and eating lounge. Plenty of towels and coffee in rooms! Like that the breakfast hours started early and we're for 4 whole hours!!! Staff was excellent and friendly and helpful!!!

No complaints on anything at all.

Every one was exceptional and nice! I did get one name the gentleman that checked us in was Vicky. Very polite and patient.

I can't think of anything they didn't go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Was in a safe area and had decent breakfast options. It was quiet and staff were accommodating!

Toilet didn’t flush most of the time and the lighting was pretty dark.

Sunny was the goat. He let us check in early, was super friendly, and got me more jam in the morning when I couldn’t find it. He made the stay exceptional. If you see this Sunny, shout out to you.
