Hotel parking is better than most. No musky scent from a/c like most other hotels. Less foot traffic through all levels of hotel. It's a quiet hotel.

The hotel is right next to the 4 lane highway. So you're constantly getting highway traffic/road noise 24 hours of the day. The breakfast eggs were overcooked, the whole white eggs had been frozen, and they completely lost their desired flavor/texture. Only serve 1% skim milk. The orange juice was unavailable for the 4 days we stayed.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was very good. We slept well and will return.

I don't mind that the property allowed dogs however they were allowed in the dining area and that just seems unhealthy. Also, when leaving there was a dog owned by a guest that was not leashed and was barking. The owner of the dog stated the dog would not bite but I was cautious and stated the dog should be leashed. No one from the property intervened. If dogs are allowed on the property, should they not be leashed when in a public area of the hotel?

Your gal at the desk during the day was just excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and fresh. I loved the desk chair! It fit me so well I wanted to take it home with me. Breakfast had a very nice variety and the dining area is nicely laid out.

The curtains do not close completely over the center curtain of white. It looked very nice, but too much light for early morning and nap time.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions, helped me wifi, and provided additional shampoo and body wash we requested. I liked that the facility used large dispensers for bath products, cutting down on waste. The room itself was spacious, and the beds were comfy! The free breakfast had great variety and everything was delicious.

The only negative was that the ac was difficult to regulate, but it wouldn't deter me from going back.

Convenient location, clean & quiet

I know they have to be fireproof, but the hinged doors are extremely heavy! Any more health issues & I wouldn’t be able to open them! The pool was closed. I wish I’d known before I booked non-refundable!

Breakfast. Friendly serving staff. Plenty of food and lots of space for our family to visit. Very clean.

Hotel hard to find after exiting highway. The pillows were not the most comfortable. The sheets looked wrinkled and discolored.

The breakfast was very good with good choices. Caitlin at the front desk was very helpful and came up to fix the TV when it wouldn't turn on.

Some of the food wasn't as hot as it should have been but still delicious.

Odd numbered rooms you will be on the freeway side and it can get loud with the traffic speeding by..it's a major highway 🛣

The breakfast was excellent! The room was comfortable. The nfacilities were fantastic!

The thermostat was a little tricky to operate but we figured it out. Our stay was very nice. I can't think of anything negative.

This was a very nice hotel. The people were friendly, our room was very nice and quiet, the breakfast options were numerous and although it was a little difficult to find, it was a nice place to stay.

As usual, the lighting in the rooms could be better but that's true of almost every hotel.
