The food was delicious and staff were very kind. Also, location is excellent, everything is near.

Wifi is not good.

Great location in the town The hotel has a nice territory, clean and looked after. The building is cozy, stylish and comfortable. Big nice room, good bathroom facility Excellent variety of the food in the restaurant - everything is delicious. We really enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. Good housekeeping service of the room It is a quiet setting because most of guests are over 60, we were happy about quiet and calm atmosphere.

The mattress on the bed is too tough. Maybe it could suit for someone but i couldn't sleep any night properly. The pillows are tough as well, not possible for me to use them. I booked the room with two beds and i was given the room where 2 beds were jointed and covered with one huge bedsheet and 1 blanket. We were offered to separate the beds on our own but my request about giving another blanket and another bedsheet was ignored by receptionist. So, i don't know how i was supposed to separate the beds without having enough bedding. The "bed issue" was the only problem which affected the staying the hotel. Nobody uses swimming pool - it is cold but it is not a problem because the town has a lot to do and to see around

Our second time here. Brilliant staff, brilliant breakfast choice and quality. An all round example of superb value for money. We had a lovely room with a newly refurbished bathroom. It's an easy walk to the Bus station if you want to use the excellent bus service, including the Airport shuttle to Los Rodeos ( North) costing 4.75 euros per person!!

Nothing not to like. If you want to be in the MIDDLE of the resort, with all the associated noise etc.then this Hotel is not for you. We MUCH preferred the 10 minute easy walk to the bars and restaurants and the unbroken sleep due to the Hotels location afterwards!!

Well located, comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff. The room was spacious, with a comfortable, firm bed and a balcony with a nice view, sunbeds and table and chairs. Breakfast was included and provided great variety at the buffet. It's just outside the pedestrian zone so really close to the lovely port and loads of restaurants and bars. The swimming pool area is clean and has a lifeguard but the pool water was freezing!

The shower was over bath (some bathrooms are not yet renovated the receptionist explained to me on check in) and as tge bath is quite narrow the space was a bit small but it was OK. Water pressure was good.

Stayed here twice before so no surprises really - good standard throughout.

|I have only stayed half-board. Consider the catering standard needs more imagination : same-as-always breakfast menu with few variations. Satisfactory for a short-stay but not for more than two weeks. Evening meals not sampled but appear to be rather unimaginative and provided "down to a cost" rather than innovative and interesting. An awful lot of turkey ! Hotel begining to need some renovation in fabric and furnishings.

Pool area is beautiful, water perfect for swimming and pretty quite. Breakfast OK, nice outside sitting area. We paid little extra for family room, bigger & dark, good for sleep. Nr. 40. I like the little green garden in front. Bcs others garden rooms have a most view on big building. With is common in Puerto. Close to old town. Amazing Restaurant La Tapeteria only 3min. 5min to Bus, we went to La Orotava and La Garachico. And walk to Bunta Brava,, beautiful sunset.

Excellent hotel in the city center. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bus station are within walking distance. The hotel is not big, but very clean and green. Very attentive staff. Special thanks for the delicious food. I really liked everything. There is a very beautiful beach with black sand nearby. I definitely recommend it, 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

- spacious and clean room - large bathroom - good breakfast, many alternatives, but not very tasty; almost unchanged for 7 days; a plus for the abundance of fruit - we had a really good, quiet room; but it could be better, but also worse, it's a matter of luck - great location: the best possible location in Puerto de la Cruz for those who want to explore the island and then walk around the city - close to the bus station and relatively close to the city center - Puerto de la Cruz - wonderful! (not so much for the beach)

- when we arrived at our first breakfast, we thought we had found ourselves in a nursing home (I specify that this happened in the conditions that we are not young at all); I don't realize if those people ever leave the hotel and why; but with time you get used to it, some old people are really nice - as I said, breakfast almost unchanged for 7 days

I honestly enjoyed everything about the hotel, the location is absolutely great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great too. It has a very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. The pool is beautiful and and all the plants around give a bit of a jungle vibe. No problems with even basic Internet, I had work calls and meetings, and it worked just fine.

There is no AC, as they seem not to be as common in Tenerife as you would think and its completely on me that I didn't read what is included in the room. If you ask in the reception, they can give you a free standing fan. Couple of machines in the gym lived their life already and should be replaced, just to keep up with all the other great things in this hotel.

If we talk about the ratio of price and content, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. 5 minutes' walk from the black Jardin beach and the city center, 20 minutes' walk to Loro Parque (must visit!), and if you rent a car, a large free parking lot along the coast/behind the police station is a 2-minute walk away. The room had access to the saltwater pool, which is cleaned every day, with a sufficient number of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a bar just a few steps away. At night it is extremely peaceful and quiet, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. If we add to that that it dawns around 8:00 a.m., you will sleep like never before. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool enough in September that you can sleep with the window open and be more than comfortable. Just draw the curtain and don't worry, no one will walk in while you're sleeping :) If you are not for that option, you can always ask for a fan at the reception. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels and bed linen are changed every 2nd or 3rd day, or more often if desired. The buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. is very varied and rich - cereals, eggs, meat products, spreads, cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, coffee and juices. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant, as well as the cleaners, are extremely friendly and absolutely always smiling. We felt welcome and will definitely come back!
