Spacious room with a balcony and a view to the ocean.

The sound proof is poor, you can hear everything that is happening in the lobby or in other room, especially if people are using the balconies.

Lovely, good value for money hotel, close to the beach and town centre. Nice clean spacious rooms, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is great with good variety. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Maggie for the assistance (Hyatt VIP service)!!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

The room was lovely, and spacious, with a large balcony and comfy beds. Buffet options for breakfast and dinner were decent. Our son LOVED the pool. We found the staff friendly, engaging, and helpful. The location is an 11 out of 10!

Parking, the parking is a nightmare. We rented a car and drove up from the south. When we arrived we were told that there was no space in the garage, we could try again the next morning, and that we had a find a spot somewhere. Having to fight daily for a spot only added stress and made us not take the car out to explore for fear of losing a spot we did find. Very unfortunate.

The Hotel and the location are really nice.

I would just recommend not to go full board since the food is quite mediocre in the hotel. Puerto de la Cruz offers incredibile food at affordable prices if you search for Bodegon and Guachince places. If you eat in the hotel you'll miss you out the wonderful local traditional cuisine

The rooms are large, bright and very clean. Towels changed daily if you wish. Close to the beach and the promenade. Thanks it was awesome!

The food is very little diversified and almost the same every day! And the drinks are paid separately, they are of poor quality and very expensive for those with HB

Great hotel , well located with big room with super nice balcons . We really enjoy New year Eve party, it was great atmosfere, nice music and great shows. Appreciate animation program on daily basis, best regards for Paloma for her positive energy :) Puerto de la Cruz offers lots of great arraction, Old Town and Loro Park is must.

Rooms were missing some basic equpiment like bottles openers or cleaning staff( we had room with small kitchen) Unfortunately Jardin beach beautiful but close due too polluted water hope Spanish goverment will find some solution soon. Reception staff should give more info during check in, like maps info about free bus to Comercial Center etc some of this info we discover but very late .

-The room is spacious -The hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff were very friendly -Wi-Fi is good in the room - The food was good quality and variety - some staff at the restaurant were amazing they were working happy smiling 😊 -The receptionist guy was a Marvellous and friendly welcoming me.

-The girl who works at the swimming pool doesn't speak any English and didn't understand anything I asked her. I felt uncomfortable as she was telling me something that I could not sit on a chair and other clients looking at us. -The cocktails aren't good. -They won't let you take a banana from restaurant to your room. -Most bar staff don't speak any English, and sometimes they pretend to understand, and you get false information. -in my opinion, if you get a room with a pool view, it's going to be ruined as people there sunbathing and they will be watching you on your room so I mean no privacy at all. -No entertainment Note: * I know the place is Tenerife and the local language is "Spanish," but if you work at a Tourist Hotel, you should speak at least English*

Good location : close to the beach, not too far from the city center, in Puerto de La Cruz with lots of activities around. It is even possible to walk to Loro Parque if you’ve planned to visit this park. Contrary to many comments, the food was ok with a lot of choice and changing every day. It was possible for us to park in the street not to far away, therefore we could avoid to pay the private hotel parking. However one should only park on regular places - we’ve seen the police towing away a car that was parked on the sidewalk ! Large swimming pool and it was even possible to find free armchairs !

The spa in option with limited offering The dessert buffet - need more local fresh fruits and the cakes were very standard. The beach was closed due to a contamination issue (obviously not something that the hotel can influence, but that was disappointing)

The staff members were so polite, cleaning was outstanding 👌 ramp for going up and coming down were excellent, help me with my mobility

It was day we arrived about 10.30 pm we had a long flight ,we asked if we can have something to eat the receptionist told us to go to the restaurant to eat when we went the staff were rude they can't help us cus the restaurant was close, maybe it's good idea for the restaurant have sandwiches or a snack u can take to yr room ,especially ppl are who are diabetes who need a snack 😋 plus we missed out on evening meal cus we were late

The location was excellent, our suite was superb with a huge balcony, and all of the staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful.

Meal times in the buffet restaurant could be a bit hectic, although you could avoid this by going outside of peak times.
