Close to the airport with free shuttle starting at 4:00 am, which we needed. Also walking distance to a couple of restaurants. And they arranged an early to-go breakfast (bagged) for us!

Newer facility, very well appointed with big rooms, also included is a buffet breakfast. Although pricey, a great alternative to the very expensive hotel rooms of Boston proper. Near the Chelsea Silver 3 end bus stop (about 250-meter walk) with easy access to Airport about 20-min away - downtown Boston about 30-minutes away by S3 bus and/or combination of S3 bus and Blueline rail system, very easy to navigate, and transit very reasonably priced. Hotel also has an Airport shuttle service. A couple of restaurants and large supermarket very nearby.

Breakfast buffet depletes quite rapidly at peak, so wait times and selection is compromised. Food quality could be improved, also if a staff member was assigned to wipe down tables, as tables get quite grungy later in the morning, this would hugely improve the breakfast experience!

Location was good.

I didn't like that there isn't a clear indication which shuttle I should take to the hotel. The two shuttles offered had the same exact name (Hampton Inn) and there was no difference between them, ; however, turns out later they had two different colors and I was supposed to choose the correct "color" option to get to my hotel. This was never specified to me and there was no indication as to which shuttle was the correct one. I was allegedly supposed to take the red shuttle, but took the blue one, which once again was not specified to me when I asked the driver which one I should take to my hotel. Therefore, I arrived at the wrong hotel, had to buy an Uber to the correct one, and spent almost an hour trying figure this all out and navigate to the correct hotel.

Great location. Large room with very comfy beds/pillows (my partner suffers from sciatica and getting used to new beds can be very difficult but they had no issues and slept really well) Bathroom was a great size, nice big walk in shower that was very powerful. Room was spotless, and housekeeping maintained it to a high standard. 6am-10am breakfast was varied and had a lot of selection of items including cereal, a waffle making station, bread, bagels, free coffee/hot water/tea making, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices. Hotel is easy enough to reach from Logan Airport, and is only a few minutes walk from Chelsea Train station which connects to Boston North Station and Newbury/Rockport in the other direction. We were travelling from the UK and due to network issues couldn’t phone for the airport shuttle, but we got an Uber easily enough which took around 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from a retail park which has a starbucks, market basket (huge grocery store) and a tk maxx and other small stores, this made going out for food/essentials very easy. The hotel is next door to a truck stop, which our room was facing, but we couldn’t hear much noise from this yard in the evenings, which we were concerned about from reading other reviews, however we didn’t have any issues with this.

The hot items in the breakfast buffet were limited to sausages, omlettes and potatoes. This was quite limited and could be improved. We arrived a day late for our reservation due to airline cancellations, and while we did contact the hotel via Hilton and Booking.com, a staff member marked us as a no-show for the first night and it took some time for the receptionist to rearrange our room booking when we arrived at the hotel, so some improvements could be made with hotel administration, as this was quite stressful for us after a 20 hour journey from Scotland. However once checked in this was no longer an issue.

Breakfast was included & pretty decent. Washing facilities don’t cost any extra except for the washing powder so that’s a bonus on holidays. Coffee is always available in the lobby free of charge & there is a small concession area where you can purchase microwave meals, snacks & drinks both alcoholic & non. The property was clean & comfortable. & the staff were friendly & helpful. Across the road there are some shops, a Mexican restaurant & a huge supermarket. There’s also an airport shuttle that runs each hour.

Choose your time wisely to go to breakfast as it gets super busy. (This is by no means the hotel’s fault) We went later at around 9am a couple of the days & it was packed. We went another day at 7:30am & it was much quieter.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're traveling on a budget but don't vibe with hostels. This was one of a handful of places in Boston that looked safe and clean without costing a fortune each night when we booked. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from multiple transit stops (bus & commuter rail), so you only need a car if you brought it with you to begin with. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean enough for the quality of the hotel. Perfect? No, but I've seen worse from places much more expensive.

There was a single spot in the hallway near our room that smelled like cigarettes. I don't know if someone was smoking in their room when they weren't supposed to be or if a worker just reeked of it really badly, but it was unpleasant. The rest of the hotel smelled fine. Additionally, the breakfast area could have used some more intermittent wipe-downs from the staff after people left behind their crumbs and whatnot. Including ingredients for food dishes would also be nice. Finally, some of the electrical outlets in our room didn't work, but there were plenty so we made due.

Stayed three nights to visit family in Boston. Based on numerous reviews, I had my reservations about staying here. I had a surprisingly great stay. Staff was friendly and attentive. The room was quiet and comfortable (I requested and received a room on the quiet side). Breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Lots of parking. Hotel was up to date. I went direct to my room with the app and phone key. Ubers arrive in 3 minutes and easy and cheap to the city. I also chose this location due to the shopping mall across the street, and it was awesome to have that large grocery store, TJMaxx, Starbucks and Mexican restaurant a two minute walk away.

Even with every light on in the room, the room was ridiculous dark. I often had to use my phone flashlight to read some basic things in the room.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean hotel, comfortable. One comfortable desk chair and another armchair, always appreciated. Good, hot breakfast. Another guest commented on how large the TV was. Plugs where you need them, both electric and USB-A. Across the street from a good Mexican restaurant and 5 Guys, and terrific grocery store with hot to-go food. Free shuttle, hourly starting early.

wifi slowness from time to time. Not exactly nearby airport, more like 20 minutes. Hotel kept a bit chilly. In the midst of industrial, not much of a view. Expensive, but that seems to be a Boston issue, this was the fairly inexpensive.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The parking is no good. It is horrible. There are more rooms than parking. Me and my fiance went out to have dinner and enjoy the evening, there was no parking when we returned. All the spots were taken. I asked the person at the front desk where was I supposed to park, the other option he gave me was supposedly, across the way was a mexican restaurant where if the parking is full we would need to go there, off property to park. The $25 would be waived but what would be the purpose of staying at a hotel to park off property. I was very disappointed. This is a great hotel but the parking situation for the particular HAMPTON IN really needs to expanded on property.

The hotel is very conveniently situated near freeway, and near public transport. It also provide airport shuttles, which is so convenient. Its near a supermarket and shops, and restaurants nearby, so food is not a problem to find. We liked the Silver Line no 3 bus, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, that took us all the way to South Station, which is only 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. The journey on the bus was only 20 minutes. It's also 15 minutes walk to Chelsea old town, established in the year 1624, where you can find plenty of South & Central American, and Mexican types of food, that's an adventure for us trying these food.

The hotel parking, we were overcharge for extra 1 day parking, called the hotel, she said she'll rectify it straight away. But I'm still waiting for my refund. Other than that, we have no complaints about the hotel.
