This is a regular stop on our way back from WV. We love the location and the beds are very comfortable.

The last couple of trips, I noticed the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The ease of access from main road, the price, the waffles with juice and a very comfortable bed.

There was a wet smell on n the room. I turned on AC fan and fan in bathroom to reduce it.

Easy to get too. Nice building and staff.

Towels and bath mat need to be replaced. Mat had large warn spots and towel had holes. To be truthful though, I was too exhausted to request new ones.

Comfortable bed. Quiet

Dated. Could use a facelift throughout the facility. Was clean but showed its age. The breakfast had minimal choices.

Breakfast was fair. Ppl doing things block d plates cups. Just need bigger are with flowing products to pick from.

Coffee. Too weak

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was lacking. Could have had better coffee.

The people that run the hotel have respect and care for the customers and they will work with you as well

Nothing was bad about it

This is always our favorite stop on our yearly fall trip. The room is always clean, the beds are always very comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The cost of the room has risen quite a bit since our last stay 3 years ago but I don't mind paying more for a clean comfy room.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good (waffles, cereal, muffins, toast oastmeal). Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Location was perfect to spend time with family in Hillsville.

Would like to see more choices at breakfast. Fruits would be nice.
