cleanliness! it was very clean everywhere! . the personnel! very gentle and kind (Mirella) the building, the garden, the breakfast place to park (even one behind the other in the hotel)) or exactly outside the fence (safe) the mattresses location ONLY 10 min walk from centre but through pedestrian area mostly , so interesting and safe the neighborhood was very quiet the room (107) had a balcony with view everything was new in the room and facilities like coffee, refrigerator, many sockets, good air condition etc made our staying pleasant t and comfortable the breakfast although not a buffet it was full with many choices wifi was good

there was no elevator,( 2nd floor), but it was no problem for us on the steps to the floors there was a carpet.. which could become slippery, but again, nothing serious

Friendly staff, nice hotel, handy for the city centre.

Breakfast was very nice but we were served a huge amount of food which quite honestly we didn't require. A buffet might help allow guests take what they like. Eg, our family were served 8 eggs and meats, cheeses which we didn't want to eat first thing in the day. The food was delicious though. A better more efficient coffee machine would have been welcomed.

Lovely owner who was helpful And friendly. Free parking right outside. Bathroom huge and great hot Tub. Private terrace outside. Bed huge and very comfortable. Breakfast amazing with lots of variation. 10 minute walk into main town. Loved our stay.

Nothing although a full length mirror would have been handy.

This hotel was exceptional in every staff very friendly helpful, the place was unbelievably decorated had everything and more you could want the room huge bathroom massive amazing shower and bed fridge hot water jug breakfast massive and yummy. This villa is a gem in Albania after 2 weeks here this was like an oasis in a desert we loved everything about it. The decor was second to none location great short walk into town Great value for money. Thanks for an awesome stay we came along way for this from OZ.

There is nothing not to like at all.

Spotless room, wide bed, confortable bedding and beautifully decorated with the view on the gorgeous little garden. The bathroom was spacious with a shower glass preventing water to splash wich is great and there was various complimentary toiletries. We had a peaceful night and didn't hear any noises. The host was the kindest and so welcoming, always with a smile. The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice. Moreover the host was preparing the eggs and hot drinks on the spot so they were served warm. There was space to park the car inside the yard. It is a little bit of a walk to the old town but it is the occasion to discover other part of the city. I 100% recommend this beautiful villa and amazing host !!

Awesome personal, we arrived middle of night and they welcomed us inn, and in the next morning we slept longer off course / after waking up our plan was to go to Berut and eat some breakfast in town since there were already after 11am, but personal was waiting for us and had saved /prepared separate breakfest ! So thaughtfull and Nice gesture 🫶🏼😊

The location was in a quiet part of the city, which we were very thankful for because most places in Albania can get very noisy. Not this place! It was great, had ample parking (let the owner know you need one before though!), and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good too. I would book again if I ever came back to Berat!

Beautiful place. In a walking distance from the main boulevard but in a very calm and quiet location. The garden with the tables looks amazing and is very relaxing. Room was spacious, beautiful with attention to details. Staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was extraordinary- very tasty and served in a nice way.

Everything was spotless. Staff were fantastic and rooms large and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was almost too much to eat but I gave it my best shot because it was all delicious..
