Staff was great, professional and friendly, location was great, when they said there was a problem with the room I booked, they put us in a different room at the same rate that I paid for even though the room they put us in was more expensive, I only was charged the rate of the room I booked. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast could have been better, more tv channels, but that's it.

Room was nice and clean. Beds where very comfortable.

Whoever designed the building did a very poor job. To get into the lobby you had to walk up a fairly steep ramp to get into the building. Not sure if there was a different entryway or not. There was no elevator so each floor you had to use steps. Fortunately the floor we were on had the least steps. Not much variety as for breakfast items.

Desk clerk was very friendly and gave helpful. We had requested a quiet room away from "client traffic", and he gave us a room at far end of building, which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fresh, hot waffles, milk, juices, muffins and coffee for breakfast. The location in Hannibal was very easy to find and easy access from interstate.

The single light in bathroom was very dim and flickered. The coffee packets in room weren't very good tasting.

We chose this property as it was advertised to have laundry facilities. We called to confirm they had the facilities. When we got there the we discovered the washer was broken. We went to the front desk and complained. The lady called the manager and set us up with using one of the washers and dryers of the housekeeping department. It was great and greatly appreciated. The room was fine too.

Really for the money nothing was bad.

Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Good location and easy to find.

Breakfast should have a few more choices, i.e., fresh fruit, less sugary cereals and a hot option other than make it yourself waffles. TV didn't work well (dark screen not matter how much I tried to adjust it).

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome. The hotel owner was exceptionally nice and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I don’t have a single complaint or negative comment about the Hannibal, Mo Super 8 and would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling in the area!!

The staff was super nice and helpful. our particular room was actually very nice.

I would say the chairs that go around the table probably need to be either replaced or cushioned. They weren’t as nice as the rest of the room.

It woulde be good to have some protein included with the breakfast - but the waffle was excellent, of course. The person in charge was very kind and helpful.

It would be good to have a small fitness center.

The bed was great. All I wanted was a good bed and a free breakfast, cleanliness obviously. Hot breakfast is preferred but free is still good! Place was a little run down, but the price for me as a single traveler, was great.

Desk man was polite and friendly. He was very helpful, letting us see our room. It met our approval.

Didn't like that you had to walk downstairs to access room. Made it impossible to use luggage cart.
