loved the pools!! amazing. slightly cold the first day but absolutely grand after that. loved the plentiful food and drinks. really lovely staff. apt was beautiful. immaculate. really clean and fresh and modern. and very Comfortable bedding.

this is a small issue but the meat wasn’t always the best quality at the buffet but when it’s an all you can eat I think that’s to be expected.

This is a wonderful hotel that caters so well for everyone. We all loved it. The pools are beautiful, staff are excellent and it's so clean.

Around the pool area is very slippy.

Sun loungers around pools are occupied all day long even if there is nobody using them. In some hotels it's prohibited to occupy loungers by towels / private belongings if not used.

The buffet was nice and all the restaraunts were good apart from we couldn’t get into the steak house for a whole week my family managed to get in but said it was abismal and not worth it. The Asian and the Italian were lovely. The best part was the like chicken McDonald’s type lunch place that was unreal order your food and wait for it was so handy. Amazing for the kids with shows and entertainment round the pool. Very clean hotel. Lobby bar was a bit snobbish I thought compared to everywhere else one staff member in particular who was really lovely was angel? He was terrific everyone else was okay not very friendly apart from all the maids and the chap that did the minibar everyday. Apart from that everything was lovely

Our room was literally at the very end of the complex and my mum finds it very hard to walk at 72 so that was a struggle. Lots of other family members were put around there too. The water in the pools for the kids was probably too cold also. The buffet could be hit and miss I had ordered a steak and they cook it in front of u asked for medium but got rare and couldn’t eat it. Majority and overall lovely hotel

I think all for all we it’s a very good options for those who like this kind of vacation where you don’t need to leave the hotel. I liked our room (we had to change it twice until we got a quiet one). The room was big and well equipped, the bed was great. But I must say that your experience will mostly depend on the room you get, some of them facing the pool are so loud because of the noise by the pool that I didn’t agree to spend there a day. If you can - ask for a room facing the outside of the hotel. Some of them have a nice side sea view. The food was good all for all and the shows were just great

It was my first experience in all inclusive hotel so I just don’t like the concept. The buffet is always crowded and feels like a factory, Its nice for a couple of days but then makes you feel stressed. I think its not a healthy environment to eat three times a day in such a noise

Very child friendly. lots of entertainment around the pools, water slides, plenty of daily activities. Many bars, toilets, chairs, showers, etc etc. MiniDisco was super fun for toddlers and there was also a Cool zone for teens! The Infinity pool with adults only area was a great space to get peace and quiet. The live music at the main bar was always with different performers, and great cocktails in the main bar (lobby). A very robust buffet, and 4 a la Carte restaurants, all very nice. It was also great to have the option for snacks or "burgers fast-food" type of restaurant close to the pool (as an alternative to the main restaurant). The main shows at the theatre were all fantastic! Staff very friendly, the rooms were large and very nice!

The property is a very large hotel. It offers lots of activities for kids. The food in good (nothing too great but also not bad) and the facilities area all clean. If you are going without the kids book a different hotel :) The shows are really great - highly recommended. Our two year old loved it!

We had some staining in the bathroom in the corners of the shower. You can hear everything through the door. We had a very loud room right next to the entrance and the kids play room and heard everything. It was a little disturbing. I think carpets in the hallways would at least reduce the noise of kids running up and down the hallway.

Fabulous hotel! Great for kids and adults! Plenty of entertainment throughout the day! Lots of pools and the splash park was great for the children. Plenty of food choices every night and nice to be able to go to the a la carte restaurants too. Shows in the evening were just incredible!

Unfortunately as a family of six we had two rooms and they were on different floors, despite requesting well in advance for them to be near each other. Lack of sun beds early in the morning and lots of sun beds reserved with towels but actually never used! Which was frustrating!

We initially booked our stay at another hotel, which upon arrival unfortunately fell short on the standards we were comfortable with. At our own expense we decided to book into Fantasia to try and salvage our holiday, and to say it did would be an understatement. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are big and modern, staff are seen to be cleaning all public areas, poolsides and restaurants at all times. The layout of the hotel is beautiful and reminded me of Disneyland Paris, but I can say wholeheartedly it even exceeded the hotel we stayed at in Disneyland (and as someone who was dubious about going to Tenerife, says a lot). Staff were so friendly, attentive, hard working and made a huge effort to remember guests despite the occupancy. Bar tenders remembered our drinks and made my son feel special. Mo salah, Carlos and angel stood out to us. The entertainment and the food are what really impressed us, as a fussy eater and a vegetarian I was so surprised at the standard of the food and the variety. The entertainment was outstanding, live performances of dancing, singing and acrobatics captivated us every night. There were endless surprises despite us coming during term time and it was clear the hotel have re-invested their revenue back into the business to provide extra value to their customers (such as a bird handler coming during the day, or jugglers in main reception). Taxis arrived upon request within seconds outside the front door and it really felt like every eventuality had been thought through to ensure ease and a seamless, enjoyable holiday. What started out as an underwhelming, disappointing first impression of Tenerife turned into a magical, memorable, fun and happy experience thanks to Fantasia, and I have absolutely no regret on the extra expense as I feel it was worth every single penny.

Nothing to complain about, however I did notice a protest outside the hotel (which was peaceful and no disruption to us whatsoever). I just hope the staff are receiving the pay they deserve as they are worth their weight in gold and are the reason the hotel is the success that it is.
