We used this motel to stay a couple of nights in the area. Well equipped and conveniently located, the room was great, and the bed comfortable. There were places to eat close by and Bundaberg has a good choice to eating places and a very good main street. The staff were very helpful and the room was serviced in the morning. Good condition of the room and its equipment

Continental breakfast is limited and although we were not late, the items available were limited. Enough to keep us going but could have been better for the price paid.

Tom was a great host. So were the restaurant staff. We came in late 715pm. Restaurant was amazing. Has the best chicken parmigiana! Wine list was excellent Nice Shiraz from Barossa My wife had the streak - brilliant! Veges for both meals - fantastic! Room was well appointed Free bottles of water tea coffee biscuits- nice touch Breakfast was huge with help yourself tea coffee toast juice - old school and delicious The lovely lady serving us again was so caring we were all right - old fashioned service Would highly recommend this place to anyone for a lovely stay and meal

I was in Bundy for treatment and we were incredibly close to those facilities. Being school holidays we had our 6 year old with us and booked a family room. It was fairly self contained, very comfortable and close to the pool. Weather was wet so pool wasn’t as enjoyable but we still managed a couple of swims.

Parking was a first in best dressed. It was quiet on arrival but our second night was much busier so we parked a bit further away from our rooms. Not a big deal.

Easy to find. Had plenty of room for 3 adults. Good size beds, kitchenette and bathroom and toilet. Had restaurant attached but didnt use due to other committments.accessible free parking. Shower soap, shampoo and condioner all supplied im the shower.good water pressure and while it fimally warmed up, couldnt help thinking a lot of water was wasted waiting for it to heat up.

The bed and bedding was luxurious, we slept very well. We will stay here in the future. Reception was lovely. We had been allocated an upstairs Queen room, but on arrival Reception advised she would move us to a downstairs room which was a King room at no extra charge. Greatly appreciated seeing we are 68 years old.

The shower rose fell off during a shower, it was 9pm at night. Lucky my husband had some allen keys in his car to be able to attach it back on. Room 31.

A staff member went above and beyond (after hours) to install a new TV in our room so we could cast a game to watch. She was friendly and very helpful our entire stay. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

The 1 washing machine in the laundry was quite busy (looked like it was being used for motel linens). I also found it to be the most expensive wash and dry I’ve ever experienced at a motel.

The motel was conveniently located (close to Bundaberg Hospital, next to Sugarland Plaza mall, and close to the town center), spotlessly clean, serviced daily, and made for a comfortable stay. The Manager, Noelene, was an outstanding host - friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

It was one of the best motel stays I have experienced and really don't have any complaints.

We booked the family room, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. One double bed two singles. I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who made me feel very welcome 😊 Parking was easy and out the front, when we got to the room you could tell it was freshly cleaned all the bedding and bed was so comfortable. There was a standard fridge and cutlery, toaster etc which was great if you wanted to eat in. Everything electric worked with no issues, the bathroom was lovely and clean. It had a good wifi connection lol. teenagers that's all they are worried about. Blockout blinds if you are someone who needs that to sleep. The noise level was great we had another family next door and could hear a bit of noise but that's kids. There was no road noise etc. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

There was nothing we didn't like we had a great stay and felt well rested.

Value for money. Reception service was super polite and friendly. The room was as pictured and had netflix compatible casting options. There is a nice pool and restaurant on site, under shelter parking. Option to not have room tidy respected

Very minor. The linen sheets were present but the quilt between them was missing for some reason. The ice cube trays were not ready upon entering the room. The milk that was complimentary was expired. I also noted one biscuit for a couple room. Very small details

Booked an executive family room for some family members. The room was a great size and the layout was perfect for what was needed. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well stocked. Staff were helpful and friendly. My family stayed 3 nights, and reported that it was lovely and quiet despite being on a busy road. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone needing accommodation in Bundaberg.
