All staff members we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was good. Bedding was good. Air conditioning worked fine. We asked for a quiet room, and it was very quiet. We stayed in the middle of the week. Saw no college kids or loud visitors. Thanks.

Shower could use a deep clean to get mold out of corners and remove soap buildup. Sink stopper was missing. The biggest complaint was the faucet was not big enough for the sink. Was impossible to use the faucet and not get water on the counter. The small-ish faucet was too close to the edge of the sink.

The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options. The attendants were both so pleasant and helpful. The bed was super comfy, the amenities were excellent, i.e. mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. There was an ice machine on our floor which was nice The location was easy to find and perfect for our needs. Will definitely return! Thank you.

A hot tub would have been a great addition to the pool area. We also got locked out when we visited the pool area patio. We had to call the front desk! Otherwise no complaints!

The rooms were very modern and updated! The breakfast foods were delicious, hot and a fantastic variety. The lobby was clean and the common lobby area had lots of seating with plenty of plugs for those that needed to charge phones or laptops. The lobby also had a coffee/tea bar for complimentary service. The room and bathroom were fresh and clean. The heater/air conditioner worked perfectly. The shower was nice and high for us tall people!

While the bathroom vanity was updated, sleek and clean, with a nice rectangular sink/basin, the faucet was placed in the top right CORNER of the sink. This made it awkward to wash hands or get a washcloth wet without getting water all over the vanity.

Great breakfast options. Area was also kept well clean. Kudos to the attendant that morning. Clean and well maintained pool area!! Friendly staff at checkout!!

Check in staff was a little rigid & unhelpful. Found a few random hairs on the bed sheets along with some left over trash in the room. Carpet in room was sticky in a few spots.

The breakfast was great. There was a variety of food and everything was very clean

When we first walked in the person had stepped away but others found her and we got checked in.

When I went to check in knowing I had already paid I was told to insert my card, I asked for what and I was told for the reservation. I told him I already paid and he said he’s look, I had it pulled up on my phone showing I already paid the full amount. he then just says ok $20 for incidents it’ll be returned after check out. it’s been a day and still pending in my account.

The breakfast was very nice. It had a variety of different items to enjoy. The location was pretty well located to the places we were moving around to and made it very convenient for the trip. Staff was pleasant and answered any questions we had

Wehn it was at the busy time of the day such as rush hour, a place to get out of the parking lot with a traffic light would have been great, but the city isn't going to put one in for one hotel.

Comfy room, clean facilities.

The pool was closed due to a wedding trashing it out. Was told it would be closed only 1 night, was closed my entire stay.

Clean, comfy, exceptional staff We got the message that said check in was from 3pm- midnight. Knowing we would be late, I called and he told me it was fine as long as I was there by 3am Since he knew I was coming, the wait at the front desk wasn’t long and he was exceptional with his customer service. Much appreciated!

The hotel was clean, beds are comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great!

The eggs and gravy were so so but they had a great variety of breakfast foods. I thought $200 a night for Niles was a bit over priced.
