The location is amazing. Perfect. The staff is extremely nice. The breakfast is very good for Portuguese standards. For foreigners looking for bacon beans and eggs, they do not have it but you’re still going to like it. I also liked the decoration of the rooms. They have character. The other parts of the hotel are nicely decorated too.

The hotel was completely full and that was felt in the water pressure and some not that super noise isolation. But nothing affected my sleep. Overall just nitpicking if one must state anything not that great. The honor promised to take care of it so surely the problem will be gone next time.

Central location, somfortable room. Helpful staff - assisted with check-in (otherwise automated) and luggage storage. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. The decor was bright, modern, and cheerful.

Although the decor was modernised, the plumbing was showing its age, and the toilet flush needed attention.

The room was cramped at the end of the beds. Otherwise comfortable, clean and up to expected standard. The breakfast was cereal, fruit and continental, was pretty average. TV was great, especially being able to access our Netflix and Prime Video accounts. The staff were most obliging at all times.

The narrowness of the bedroom. The dispensers with soap look like public restrooms.

The location was right in the centre of Aveiro and it was quiet. The concierge/manager/receptionist/go to person was magnificent - he was friendly and very helpful - he made our stay very hospitable.

Good value for money. Comfort as to be expected for a two star hotel. Excellent location. Clean room and decent breakfast.

No staff. Automated check-in a bit tricky. Room access code too long, impossible to remember. Clean overall, black mould on bathroom tiling joints.

We loved our brief stay at Galeria Suite Hotel. We were very graciously allowed to drop our luggage, as we arrived prior to check-in. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a lovely little terrace, and enjoyed some time sitting outside. The breakfast was quite excellent. Far more options than we expected for the price. The location is very central, and a pretty easy walk from the train station. Bonus that they had a lift.

The wall mounted bathroom sink soap dispenser leaked leaving soap all over the floor. The bathtub was EXTREMELY slippery. Like, dangerously slippery. There should be no-slip strips on the bottom.

Great position in the town centre. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

The bathroom could have done with a little attention and repair.

Very close to the main attractions. Good varied breakfast included in the price and the staff were constantly refilling all the options.

The bath was very slippy, it needs a mat in the bottom.
