Reception staff were excellent. Gave us a very good recommendation for dinner (and a valuable discount coupon) and were helpful when we needed a rug for our picnic at the nearby park!

Could be a little more pro-active in refreshing the breakfast buffet. We breakfasted three times, and every time the bacon had run out. It was replenished quite quickly, but by then the rest of my breakfast was cold.

Breakfast was quite limited with option, extremely loud area, needs some isolation. Also it could be better distributed not crowding everyone. Although the location is great for Aveiro, it’s close enough to the highway, no nights with open windows. Rooms are rather small and not many options as a wardrobe

Absolutely loved the staff. They run a very good hotel and they’re so accommodating. The room was clean and nicely presented. Good location to old town. Basically a 5 min walk. Breakfast was amazing! Best coffee on the trip. Big and hot! NA Style.

The breakfast was superb : from the place settings, the variety and freshness were wonderful. This hotel is a gem, with friendly, professional and efficient staff. We loved the fact that for four consecutive days our room was serviced by 12h00. The amenties provided was surprisingly more than one would expect of this two star hotel. The location is spot on!

Very spacious room with a large bathroom. Good air conditioning. Excellent (fast) wifi. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well-located just 5 minutes walk to the main area of restaurants etc. Parking is easy on the street (3 euros for the whole day).

Nothing really. Only the "world's slowest lift"!! But that's my own little joke. The lift is incredibly slow, but it's not an issue.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was in walking distance to many many stores and restaurants.

The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is that you only had two spaces for free parking. Everywhere else you had to pay to park sometimes very far from the hotel.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. It really seems that the staff is caring and tries to do whatever it takes to complete the wishes, we are thankful for that. The location is great, near to everything in the historical center, but the hotel is hidden between the small cosy roads, so there is no noise from busy streets. The breakfast is good, although I would appreciate some vegetables, because there were none. The freshly squeezed orange juice was awesome and both the coffee and the fruits were good. We made use of the hotel umbrellas every day, thank you.

The hotel is located nearby the city centre in a very quiet area. The atmosphere inside the hotel is nice, comfortable and the hotel staff (all of them) are always willing to help you, specially Maria,one of the most smiling and professional recepcionst we've ever dealt with. It's a highly recommendable place.

THE best breakfast we had while staying at various hotels in Portugal, fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful too, sorting a taxi in the morning and explaining all things to do in the area. Location is excellent, and it was lovely and quiet. Very clean throughout too. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

The space in the shower room is limited, feel like I’m bathing in a telephone booth. This is the only thing I feel not so good.
