The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. I was allowed to check out a little late and the staff stored By luggage for free on my day of departure. I arrived back to the hotel to order my Uber for the airport and staff told me I am welcome to sit down and relax as I wait for Uber. The bed was so comfortable I slept in late everyday. Overall excellent experience.

Maybe the customary sign to hang on the door stating do not disturb so guest can sleep in without worrying about the time etc. However staff were so friendly and accommodating it was not a big deal.

The location was excellent, and the facilities were interesting, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Sandra checked us in, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Morelia very much and enjoyed staying and the Casa de Eugenia as well. Sandra made us a lovely breakfast in the morning too.

We did end up parking on the street, which was no problem. There was a parking spot right out front. However, I also believe there is a parking area across the street for a fee.

Beautiful architecture, a relatively small former residence. Eight rooms only, so we felt very special. It is very quiet, we had a wonderful sleep in the comfortable bed. The terrace has a lovely view of the city.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet. The location is very walkable and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay again.

Hotel Eugenia is gorgeous colonial property with beautiful and intimate quarters right in the center of Morelia. Absolutely wonderful.
