Staff was super nice and helpful. I loved that they had a tour company office in the hotel so that made me feel more comfortable with going on a tour. They had our taxi waiting exactly at the time we had agreed on to return to the airport. Beds could have been more comfortable in my opinion, not sure if im too tall (5”10) but my feet were coming out of the bed a bit 😅 .

I liked the location, right off the main plàza and close to restaurants, many shops, and tourist attractions. The hotel had a key card to use on several locked gates on the way to the elevator, as well as the elevator itself. The buffet style breakfast was convenient although mostly corn dishes and corn muffins, juices and coffee. Apparently included breakfast was an option in making the reservation because I was asked if I had the coupon. The building itself was attractive with it's 2 atriums. And I was happy with the in-room safe.

The location was perfect!! Had a perfect view overlooking the main plaza and cathedral. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was also really good.

The rooms and hotel could be cleaner. Found cockroaches in my room and the gym. Would also like to see a more equipment in the gym.

Great location, such friendly and professional staff, breakfast options, although a bit limited, was really good and tasty, nothing beats having breakfast in a nice courtyard. Overall had a great time. I requested a room with a view and they delivered!

I had a bit of a difficult time getting to the hotel but after I was able I was welcomed by the friendly staff and felt very comfortable.

The location

The fact that when booked on line I ordered breakfast, but when I was checking out I was told the cost for breakfast was not included and I had to pay at the counter. Breakfast was not upto par, it can use lots of improvement. the buffeit food at the restaurant also could be better, the cost was high for the servings.

Location is great. It is across the street from the main plaza and a two minute walk to the cathedral. It has a bar and a restaurant and they offer breakfast in a beautiful courtyard starting at 7am. It’s only a couple of blocks from the very popular and beautiful Jardín de las Rosas. Staff was extremely accommodating.

Coffee was not great.

Breakfast is very good, excellent coffee and great staff. Complete breakfast with good options.

We were given a room with wonderful view to the main plaza and the cathedral. At night though the noise coming from the near by bars goes on until 2-3:00 AM. We had to ask for another room and this second one was quiet but had no view at all.

The front desk ladies were very helpful to our needs as well as the rest of the staff. The location of the hotel in the middle of the Centro Historico makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go. Morelia is a very beautiful city at night.

The noise of the bar across the street and traffic makes it difficult to fall asleep. It's not the hotel's fault. After a day or two, it doesn't matter too much.

Location, i love the staff. Always willing to help. The valet parking was superb.

Everything except breakfast

I had breakfast included with my room, and everyday the buffet was the same thing. When there was not buffet it was from the menu, and not a variety to choose from. This was the only thing I didn’t like.
