Key handle person not professional

Spacious apartment, clean and convenient room for 6 of my family members. The host staff who hold the key is very communicative and responsive. He is patient and kind to waiting for me who arrive in the apartment at 4 AM.

Because of the location is quite far from firstworld, It's a kind of difficult to search for grab car, especially at night. At least it will need to spend minimum 10-15 minutes when you get the car from your apps. There is a shuttle car between apartment and firstworld bus terminal, but still it will takes more effort if you return from mall/theme park above 9 PM. Other things is that there are no restaurant around apartment, so make sure you bring foods before you go to the apartment. The nearest restaurant is only can be found in first world mall.

the weather is so nice. nice view. the property cozy and comfort. except for the elevation. there is much stairs. food place/restaurants not much and food price is quite pricey. overall, its worth the experience.

group of dogs perhaps husky that make so much noise during the night. i couldn't really sleep due to that. well, tower 1 is not really connected tower 7 and tower 3 & 4. time give after validating parking pass should be more than 15min (give 30 mins) since the parking are at tower 7.

No breakfast was provided. Location good. Not close to main hotel (Resort Hotel and Highlands Hotel). Very spacious apartment. Clean rooms. Kitchen space sufficiently wide for some simple cooking. Wonderfully designed.

The sliding door at the balcony could not be opened. It was stuck. Cooking utensils provided not very good. Table top at the kitchen area has stains. Difficult to adjust the hot water in the bathroom.

The view is very mesmerizing. Woke up to the prettiest sunrise above the cloud. The room is comfy and exceptional.

Need to check in and pick up the access card first at different block then parking to another different block before reach to your room. Other than that is all good

The apartment provided ample space for us to relax and move around comfortably. The layout of the rooms and the living area was well-designed, ensuring everyone had enough privacy and common areas for socializing. One aspect we appreciated was the cleanliness of the apartment. The living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all spotless upon our arrival. The maintenance of the apartment was also commendable, as everything was in proper working condition. The apartment had a range of amenities that enhanced your stay. For example, the kitchen was well-equipped with essential appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily. We were fully satisfied with staying in this apartment and would highly recommend it to others.

price worth, facility is good, free parking, bus accessible, check in and out easy and faster, mini fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils is a plus, with 2 balcony is plus. each room have own toilet. most of it is good

cleanliness still can be improve but not bad ady, parking validate need to be more convenience, need prepare RM200 for deposit. facing construction area. Signage n direction is difference example room is 1114 but access card wrote 1104

We took an apartment with 2 bedroom.. the bedroom was awesome n classy.. everything good like bathroom toiletries items kitchenette.. easy check in check out.. host was good n easy go.. overall nice place and can repeat to book here in future..

Only thing here got Tv but not working.. cn't access any channel.. we try use our own pendrive still cn't connect it.. no entertainment.. otherwise all k.. 👍
