The room was very clean and well maintained. The amenities were nice, coffee, water, shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The blackout shade worked 100%, so well that we lost track of time in the mornings. Perfect!!!.
The grounds were designed and maintained well. Unfortunately, the pet owners did not see to utilize the pet relief area. Maybe more signage to durext them to that area. And notnuse all grass areas. But, all of the lawn area was full of animal excrement. The grounds team should not have to clean up after guests. I am always appalled by guests' boldness and lack of respect. The guests above us the first night were up until 2a.m. stomping, screaming, yelling, and a few "OH yes, OH YES!!" Came through clearly. Tried calling the FD, but they were having ohine issues. Just and FYI.

Sweeping views from your room or the grounds! A beautiful pool area & several fire pits offer great ways to enjoy the outdoors after returning from Zion Park, which the gate is probably less than a mile away. We had only planned on one night here as we had several places to visit on our itinerary, but fell in love with the area & decided to stay 3 nights. The staff were all phenomenal & couldn’t ask for a better stay! We loved this lodge so much that booked the Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab which was our next destination.
My only complaint was the pool temp was pretty cold but there is a hot tub so not an issue.

Great water pressure in the shower, and a lovely big bathroom. Shower is in the bath. Okay breakfast options, although the only eggs were solid disks ready for a sandwich (not scrambled normally). Also no waffles or pancakes if you're into that. Breakfast was 7-10am. The pool is heated year round apparently. We didn't use it but it looked lovely.
Breakfast was nice but I was uncomfortable with Styrofoam plates/bowls and plastic cutlery. I felt awful knowing how much was being dumped in the trash every morning. I'd expect more from a hotel near a National Park that values conservation.

The staff was great. Immediately greeted and quick check in. Bartender was amazing with recommendation for an outstanding meal.
My room was electrically and electronically challenged. Espresso machine didn't work up to specs......I have a similar one at home. I was able to log on successfully to the WiFi for both my phone and computer. Both devices had bandwidth problems (I'm guessing) and I was unable to complete any work. TV had the same issues. It would turn on then immediately go to sleep mode once I selected a channel. Same issues in the morning before I departed.

Great location, lovely room, friendly staff, great views. It's worth noting that they are undergoing a major renovation, but that caused no issues, they were done for the day at a sensible time, and it was never intrusive.
What was there was fine, but the selection at breakfast was basic at best. The only hot option was frittatas, there was no bacon, sausage or potatoes, and no bread and no toaster so no toast. There was also insufficient seating, I understand they are renovating but there was room for more seating, but people ended up queueing for a seat at breakfast or taking it back to their rooms. Also, the pool was freezing, not just slightly cold. It was 95 in but the kids couldn't stay in the pool for more than 5 minutes as they were turning blue and shivering.

We had a king suite and a sofa with a pull out bed. Worked great for two adults and one child. We also had our dog with us. Plenty of room and the views out the window were spectacular!
The coffee station in our room was missing 2 out of 3 coffee pods. There was no list of amenities in the room. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered. We had to physically go to the front desk to ask for a "do not disturb sign" to put on our room door. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear the people above us and next to us. Lastly, there were no sheets/blankets for the sofa bed. Since we had trouble contacting the front desk we just used some blankets we brought for our road trip.

Our stay at The Lodge at Zion in Springdale was wonderful. The location is stunning, nestled among colorful mountains, and the lodge was easy to find. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and smooth. Our room was cozy, with comfortable beds, soft sheets, and a well-equipped bathroom. The coffee machine was a Nespresso, and when we needed extra capsules, the staff generously provided them, as they’re hard to find nearby (the nearest Walmart is in Hurricane, not Springdale). We had an exceptional experience with the staff’s honesty and helpfulness. After realizing we’d forgotten our computer in the room upon reaching Bryce, we called the lodge, and they confirmed they had found it. They guided us on how to retrieve it, and when we returned the next day, the staff still remembered us and made sure we got our computer back easily. The lodge is conveniently located near the entrance to Zion National Park, with a shuttle service close by. Although the local restaurants and shops were a bit pricey, the overall experience was great. We had no complaints and would highly recommend The Lodge at Zion for its excellent service, friendly staff, and unbeatable location.
Little pricey!

Loved the gorgeous view from our room & deck. Loved the location as it was closest to the park entrance & could easily walk into the park on the pedestrian bridge. Loved the nespressio pods & water stocked daily.
The pool was freezing. It's 98° out & after long hot hikes, we really were looking forward to pool time but could barely get in. The restaurant was under construction & not available. The front staff gave us the wrong shuttle times & weren't aware of the fall schedule. We had to go get our room keys reactivated both day 2 and day 3 & ask for water & coffee pods day 3. There is a slight safety issue with a small rug that's placed on the floor between the 2 beds that slides out from under you every time you step on it--- be careful. Fyi-they do make 2 sided carpet tape. Overall, though, the lodge was comfortable and a great location .

Great location. A 15 to 20 minute walk up to the visitor centre. A few nice restaurant option within walking distance as well. We had a lovely room that looked like it was recently updated. It was a good size, bed very comfortable and nice size bathroom.
The resort was in the midst of finishing renovations on the lobby and restaurant. We booked a room that included breakfast and were not informed in advance that there was no breakfast and no compensation. That was very disappointing. They were also training new staff which was fine but they weren’t very informative about the property or area.

Nice place, loved the furniture and decorations for the room.
It was hard to find the numbers on the buildings in the dark. Couldn't see them from the road, I had to get out of the car and walk to see where I had to go. Also bummed there wasn't free breakfast. I picked a place, making sure breakfast was included and in the morning, the only thing available was coffee, no real sugar. Couldn't figure out how to work the coffee machine in the room. Nice place other than not having any food available. I guess the restaurant grand opening was that night. That's how my life rolls.
