The woman at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely lovely. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. There were lots of options for breakfast!

The curtains in the room are super impractical— the actual curtains don’t go across the window so the only thing over the window itself is a sheer curtain that provides no privacy and does not block out any sunlight. We had to finagle holding the side curtains together with hangers so we could cover the window as much as possible! Not sure who made that design choice, but it was a poor one.

This establishment has improved since we last stayed there 18+ months ago during the height of the pandemic. Our room was just as clean but the furniture seems to have been updated and Is very comfortable. After a long day of travel comfort is paramount for us. The hotel’s location is good for road travelers with easy highway access and plenty of eateries close by. The breakfast has greatly improved since our last stay which was what most worried us about returning.

The price is crazy high for a quick overnight stay. It came out to be over 10$ an hour. At about $220 (including taxes) for a 16 hour stay is nuts!!! We travel the same route twice a year and will definitely look for a better value.

everything was good.

The bed was so comfy and I loved the different pillows to choose from. The place was immaculate. The rooms looked new and they are doing more work in the hallways entrance etc.

It was being renovated, and the entrance was wrapped in plastic and at first we weren’t sure it was open and not sure where the reception desk was.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean.

The hot breakfast was very poor and not up to Holidays Inn previous standards. I chose Holiday Inn for their known quality and was very disappointed. The bacon and sausage were manufactured, frozen and reheated till they were both completely dry, hard and tasteless and the “omelette” was a rubbery mess. However I must include the personnel, cold choices and coffee were fabulous.

I liked everything. There were 4 floors total so there weren't too many guests as with large hotels. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The room was a nice size, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa all fit comfortably with lots of space to walk around and chill. We never felt cramped or on top of one another and there were 4 of us on this trip. There was also complementary breakfast every morning with good options. There was something that suited everyone's taste.

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Easy to get to, just off the interstate.

The man working the front desk on the morning we left couldn’t be bothered to look up from his cell phone or get out of his chair to answer my questions. He wasn’t vocally rude, but I didn’t feel valued as a guest.

The hotel was convenient to the highway and we were just passing through. It was dog friendly and that was a big plus for us.

Our room was loud… the heater was loud, we could hear lots of bangs and movement above us (maybe kitchen) but the bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. The toilet was so incredibly low that the seat had come lose from the hinges probably because guests fall down onto it.

It was very good with a very good variety. The location of the buffet was great as it was placed where we would check out. Enjoyed all of the features
