Tidy attractive room perfectly met our needs (2 first time travelers to Jordan). A 'local family hotel' with style and amenities that were a great introduction to the friendly welcome of Jordan. Location brilliant to enjoy access to famous tourism sites of the ancient and historic 'city of mosaics' while also providing the excitement and diversity of a commercial street (also near an interesting to visit city indoor mall). The breakfast was a good foundation for nourishment to start the day, in modern, spacious and comfortable restaurant. The small gift shop has interesting items, too. We had numerous emails with the hotel to arrange our arrival and departure, including providing an excellent driver to get to the airport. Other non-Jordanian tourists from many countries testify to the longstanding, excellent record of this hotel, its owners' hospitality, and the welcome of Madaba. Congratulations and thanks.

I type this review while having a wonderful breakfast with my family. A fabulous hotel in the heart of Madaba. The rooms are modern with all amenities. Safe private parking. The staff went over and beyond from carrying luggage, to bar service, morning coffee, breakfast which taste 1000% better than what you eat on your stay at hotel at US. All sightseeing is walking distance from hotel. This is better than 5 star hotels in US. Again thanks for your wonderful hospitality!!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it's always nice. I've stayed with friends, family, any time someone visits me in Jordan we start from here. We also use this hotel for our groups who come to Jordan to join us on our 6-day horse riding tours. The owners and staff of MCH are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel is located at a walking distance from all the tourist sites in Madaba. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices, a nice mix of local things, like hummus, Mutabal, cheese and "European" options, like jam, eggs, toast, .... There's a parking closeby for hotel guests and the wifi is excellent.

Clean, spacious and well-designed room, worthy of a 4 start hotel. Hotel seems to be willing to go the extra mile, helping you with your plans in Jordan, offering advice and numerous useful presentations. Well located, next to Madaba City Mall, and shops and restaurants serving the locals (as compared to pricier tourist-oriented ones). Within walking distance to King Hussein Mosque. Breakfast was simple but good. On a side note, I actually found shopping for women's arab/muslim clothing a better experience in Madaba than Amman: less hectic, better prices and loads of parking spaces.

We only stayed for an airport layover. We had an early morning flight and were previously at a resort on the Dead Sea. This hotel was perfect for a nap and a shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location for an afternoon walk around town. We didn’t stay long enough for the included breakfast but the dining area looked clean and welcoming. There’s also a hotel bar that serves alcohol if you’re interested.

We had a spacious and comfortable room with a balcony facing the front of the hotel. The hotel has a nice bar and a convenient souvenir shop. The staff if friendly and helpful. Madaba centre is nearby with all the main restaurants and attraction just 10 minutes away. Across the road there is the Madab Mall.

The only inconvenience of a central hotel is being on a trafficked road. If one would prefer more peace and quiet, then I recommend to ask for a room facing the back or the side alley. The bathroom could use some improvements, such as more space to keep toiletries.

We stayed at the Mosaic City hotel on the last night of our holidays in Jordan. I booked this place due to a proximity to the airport. We spent 3 weeks in Jordan, predominantly because of work, and travelled a long distance across the country. We arrived to the hotel on Monday 2nd October at about 7:30 pm. All staff members were very helpful, and we very much appreciate they also helped out with arranging a short term bag storage + taxi to airport for our friend who came with us but wasn't staying overnight. Hotel is new and nicely decorated. It has a large restaurant, good sized bar and its own souvenir shop. Private car park and good wi-fi are free of charge for hotel guests. Our room was spacious and clean, with air-conditioning and good size bathroom with good shower. Dinner was delicious, and buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice. We would definitely stay in Mosaic City hotel again. Big thank you to all members of staff who helped us with check-in, luggage, taxi for our friend and served us at dinner.

Great spacious rooms, friendly staff, car parking, ideal for airport only 30 mins drive. Had evening meal in the bar area and food was excellent. Early morning flight and they even supplied us with breakfast boxes. Madaba nice little stop from airport before heading down to Petra. We used it for first and last night off our Jordan road trip.

Great hotel, very clean, recently renovated, spacious rooms, amazing hearty breakfast. The location is convenient for the city sights. Free parking right next door. Friendly staff. They even has a gift shop.

Nothing comes to mind. And this is an honest review, not one of those fake “10 excellent” reviews you often see in Jordan.

Helpful and welcoming on arrival. We had a hire car and parking was easy to get to (turn first right, with the hotel being on your right, and there’s a large car parking area about 50 metres up on your left). The room had very comfortable twin beds and included a fridge and kettle. The excellent breakfast has a wide range of freshly prepared foods to choose from. It’s an easy few minutes walk to the fantastic mosaics on various sites. And we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours on our departure day as we walked around the sites. Altogether a most comfortable stay and highly recommended.
