I love the room absolutely shocking to see something so clean and beautiful for the price. The lobby gorgeous room spacious me my husband and our 4 kids slept comfortably. Breakfast layout was clean and fresh. Loved that. And the workers absolutely sweethearts.

Don't understand how such a beautiful hotel didn't own 1 microwave. Like take 50 bucks go to Walmart and put one in the lobby..very upset that it was not one in our room or in the lobby you know travel ppl use microwave alot come on ppl plz. When we flushed our toilet it made this loud whining noise. Hard to not wake the family if you have to go in the middle of the night..for such a beautiful place that was so disturbing. And can we get real blankets we love to sleep with the cold air but the beds only had sheets. What's up with that.

they have a wide variety of breakfast. Overall it was clean. Quick check in and out. Quiet area and not so busy.

Room service don’t come to clean your room until 5 pm. They also don’t make your bed unless requested daily. The hallway on the 4th floor has a very bad odor to the point I was nauseous but the main lobby was fine.

My kids and I stayed here for our summer vacation..the room was cleaned up nicely for the duration of our stay.. we were there for 3nights..the room was clean and I liked the shower gel that was furnished.. I loved how the soap actually suds up instead of just coloring the water unlike other hotels we been to..Breakfast was very good just wished that the boiled eggs was at least room temperature instead of ice cold. Staff was very nice and if I ever come back to Houston, Tx this hotel is my go to

The thing that I really had a problem with was wash towels.. i had to ask for some at the front desk everyday..none was never put in the room until the last night and it was only one and we had a two double bed suite.. I thought they would replace the towels we used because they were receiving four daily when cleaning up the room.. the guy at the desk was very kind about it and said he would look into it. My kids wanted to get in the pool but couldn't because it needed cleaning.. it was very dirty from tree limbs and other debris.. it looked like it got cleaned right before the night of checkout.. that was one of the main reasons for choosing this spot

It was clean , well maintained, well light up outside, smelt well and had a good breakfast buffet and Starbucks inside. I loved the noon check out!

The tv Joey loosing signal the entire evening. It had excellent tv options but would not stay connected. Defeated the purpose to come back to the room and relax and watch movies.

The breakfast was good just did not like the grits. I would have loved some hash browns and pancakes or waffles. The kids prefer link sausage over the patty would love if both were offered and Frosted Flakes cereal.

The pool water was extremely cold would have loved for the water to have been a bit warmer. I also would have loved to been told about the restaurant when I checked in.

Nice experience, close to freeways

Too much trash, demolition items in the nearby area/buildings. The surrounding properties are so ugly and trash, discarded building materials everywhere! The hotels big beautiful water feature in the front of the hotel needs to be working!!! It’s in horrible shape and does not look welcoming at all!

The breakfast melons had a bad taste. I believe that someone put some kind of purée ,on the melon, trying to sweeten it. I would say overall the breakfast was good.

Very neat and every part of the place felt clean. It also felt safe staying there with a group of girls. Really comfortable beds. Love the little lounge area which makes it feel really spacious. There is a place to work comfortably if needed and wifi worked great. Breakfast was also good. Overall great stay and very glad to have booked this one.

I love the location and I love their breakfast 🥣, but they will insist not to check you inn until 3pm unless you will pay additional $50, and I do not like the fat that room service will not change my towels until the third night. Other than these they are amazing

Let the house keeping change my towels and beddings if they won't clean the room every day.

I loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel and hotel staff. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. No hassle at check in was able to check in early which was a bonus for me. I loved the hotel and will be back !!!

Just a lil more information about the bar and what food is offered more times for bar opening. A lil more variety of breakfast. Overall it was great experience
