very nice room, comfortable bed, good wifi, breakfast has everything you need.

Booked according to photos of the room but apparently it wasn't what I booked. In the end they let me have the room that was on the photos. If you book a normal king room it's very small. Would be nice if the suite has some dishes. The coffee sucks.

Overall, the entire facility. The staff, amenities, and facility are quite remarkable. The complimentary breakfast is a cut above some of the facilities I have experienced in the past.

The hot water system needs attention. I takes far too long to get water warm enough for showering or bathing. A trash truck emptying containers at 4:30 am woke up everyone in our group. This service route could be rescheduled to later in the day to avoid waking guests.

Upon arriving, which we did so a little before check in they let me know there was a chance my room would not be ready. It was and they happily got is into our room. They had a brilliant little window bench that was 1 the cutest way to protect the AC unit and 2 actually comfortable and nice to use and look out the window.

We weren't there to watch T.V. but it kept going off after a little bit of watching. I checked for some sleep timer and didn't find one. All things considered though it was really not a problem as we were touring the area and not watching T.V.

Fair pricing compared to others in town, comfortable beds. The deco is a bit dated but we didn’t mind that.

Breakfast isn’t exactly the nutritional type nor caters to common dietary requirements (gluten/dairy free), we stayed 5 nights and got bored after the first 3 mornings. Also if hot food (ie eggs) runs out in the last 30 min window it won’t be replaced.

like I said, before, home away from home, it doesn’t get any better than this! Waffles, coffee, yogurt, your usual, continental, breakfast juice, bar, clean, kind, warm, and loving staff

I loved everything about the property. I wish they were more like them around Northwest Arkansas. It would be a better place to live.

Comfy bed, spacious room, fridge was large, microwave worked fine, great shower, tv and internet. And breakfast. AND office space to work! Who could ask for anything more. Friendly staff, good exercise room. Our stop on the road was just fine!

Well, maybe it is normal in this state, but as a traveller, I missed the lack of a small freezer compartment in the fridge, to recharge the blue ice which keeps my cooler cool as I travel... The walls are not as soundproofed as some places. Really, not much to compain about. Perfectly fine place to stay the night..

The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in at this price range! Beds were comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was sparce, but it was listed as continental and there was actually biscuits, gravy and eggs available.

For the price and the description of breakfast provided on website, I really have no complaints.

Parking was easy and available. Hotel was clean. The pillows were possibly the best pillows I’ve ever slept on in my life. There were no bells and whistles but nothing wrong either. Breakfast was slim but decent. Great value for the money.

There were no frills or extra amenities, but still yet, for the price it was great.

The staff is exceptional there! Emily, works at the front desk, and has the most kind, understanding, loving and caring person I have encountered on this journey I’m taking. That woman deserves a raise that reaches the heavens! XOXOXOXO-Lisa

I liked the hot water, the cushion by the window, the mirror behind the bed, the lighting, and the cleanliness.

The crazy lady at breakfast that touched my plate and moved it across the room, was not very pleasant. It was extremely unsanitary and very unprofessional. I loved everything about this hotel until that lady ruined it all. I could have caught covid from this careless act. They need to regulate the breakfast area better, or I will not st
