A nice residential area. I really liked my room, it was quiet. There are many restaurants within 15-20 min walk. Very good breakfast: croissants and cornetti, yogurt and jams, or milk and cereal. There is a coffee machine.

Not the most convenient location or transportation options for the city Center: Colosseum, Foro Romano, Villa Borghese. You can take a bus and tap your credit card there for payment. You may need to transfer buses, depending on where you are going. The metro station is a little further away, I did not use it.

Was near St Peters 15 minutes walk,46 bus from St Peters Vatican to bus stop on hill, no need climb steps ,we found after 3days take 46 bus ,apartment 20 minutes walk from St Peters train station, for airport ,near pam supermarkets for grocery s, everplace convenient, apartment cleaned everyday by Good man Rene was very helpfu l& good to us. Thank you.

We liked everything

The location although is close to the Vatican city, it is in a hill and not that easy to get to if you arrive to the closest metro station. Bus stops are closer. We lost the internet 4 of the 5 days we stayed there. Not the owner's fault but inconvenient. We got a credit because of this, which was fare.

It was easy to check in and out. The location was within walking distance of the Vatican and only about a 10 taxi ride to anywhere else in Rome.

The advertised twin bed was a cot bed with a very thin mattress. The cot would be a lot better with a proper mattress or a mattress topper.

Location, location location!!! it is everything!!! it is literally next door to the old church and the view from your window is on one of the main plazas of Firenze!

It has all basic stuff to stay one maximum 2 nights, if you want to stay longer, I would not recommend this place but again for one or two nights. It is perfect for a couple without kids.

Great location, easy to get around by foot, uber or bus. The gentleman who cleaned every day was extremely polite and helpful Had beautiful pastries every morning too

Pretty good location near the Vatican. No problem for the check-in. Spacious room and simple but good breakfast in the communal kitchen for 3 rooms. Good restaurants nearby. A supermercato is also not far away.

Maybe if you could divide the breakfast on the tables ,at least the main part of it, would be better.

Very well maintained. Hi tech equipment. Everything was excellent. Rafaela is a very generous hostess who went over and beyond our expectations. She even organized transportation to the airport for us. Decorations in each room with themes is meticulous . Breakfast was delicious- fresh pastries every day . Location is perfect to get anywhere, hop on hop off bus, shops, restaurants are a few minutes away

Proximity (walking distance) to St Peter’s Square and the cleanliness of the place.

We got lost finding the place at first. There should be an eye catching sign at the facade.

Very tidy place. Property was cleaned every day during our stay. Raffaella was very prompt and timely in her responses. She was friendly and accommodative to our requests. The location itself is accessible to main amenities (bus, metro, food and wine shops etc) within 10 to 15 mins walk. Vatican City is in walkable distance. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
