The room was exactly like in the photos, extremely clean and comfortable. We were very surprised by the air freshener with a smell of mint. We also had a kettle left on the bedside, along with tea and coffee, and a refrigerator next to the closet. The building's entrance and also the room's entrance is different than the usual, meaning that you don't need a key to lock or unlock the doors, every door had an automatic locking based on a code (which is given by the owners and made us feel safer). Also, the location is right in the center of the city which makes it easier for tourists to access good restaurants and landmarks (such as Craft for food, Big Ben for drinks and the Botanical Garden). The owners are very friendly, they ask for feedback and opinions about improving the quality of the location. They were available 24/7 in case we had a problem or a misunderstanding. We had the chance to chat with them (which doesn't happen often to us), they offered us a really cool vibe and made us feel that they really care about their customers. We had the opportunity to catch a really good price, comparing to the quality of the service. Everything was great, we can't think of anything that we could not like. We did not feel like we are missing something, we had every feature we could think of and even beyond. We will choose this location for sure the next time we will come back to Craiova.

Easy check in / checkout (suggest to receive in advance details about it), excellent location in the Old Town, small but well equiped room - tv, fridge, a/c, tea and coffee, bathroom with basic toiletries. nice feather pillows, qood quality bed sheets. Very clean, looks new. VEry good price 35 EUR for what it offers.

Access upstairs might be difficult with luggage - abt 30 abrupt steps. Rooms facing the main street might be noisy at night if window open because of vehicles traffic and clients of the fastfood nearby. Room does not have a working space (chair, table) for computer work/ video call.

The hotel is a few steps away from the town centre. My room was clean and very spacious, and everything was very new. It was a real pleasure to stay there. I arrived very late at night (after midnight), and the owner not only organised digital codes for me to enter the building, but stayed up to make sure that I arrived safe and sound. Also - during my stay, the owner made sure that everything was going well and offered some advice on what to visit in Craiova. The communication via WhatsApp was perfect and very precise. Very clear room and good facilities. Very useful check in/out. And also, I came with kid (3 years) that was not pointed in the reservation but the hosts were very kind.

It is small issue, but they give you only one key card for two persons and you have to handover it. Better to contact earlier with the place to let they know about the check in procedure. But for me, not an issue at all.

Location perfect, owner is very good person. Clean place. Balcony was great. Bed was clean. minibar was perfect to keep the things cold. A/C was working perfect. There wasn't any problem.

Rooms are not soundproof. There was no towel for face, only for body and small one for hands. No laundry service.

Very convenient location and access. The room had everything I needed, was newly appointed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom in particular was great and the shower welcomingly hot. The owner was really obliging, helpful and personable. Very much appreciated - thank-you!

The walls are thin; not helped by the shrill, giggly women in the room next door keeping me awake from 11.30 pm till 4 am. Perhaps a notice of reminder of respect would help, I don't know.

Great location, easy to find, available parking nearby, practically in the center, at a 3 minutes' walk. Very clean, very convenient. Nice welcoming and helpful staff.

I would definitely love to have more pillows. And may be also a bottle of water. Better change the location of the trash bins from entrance court. Rooms are a little small.

Staff was very helpful and responsive. My card was not working in the middle of the night and they quickly answered the phone. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect.

The bedroom lights were not working and someone knocked om the door to bring me some table lamps, which was fine. They called on the door and proceeded to enter without any concern about my privacy. There was no shower gel.

It"s located in the city center with all facilities nearby, even the taxi spot is not distant. It's well refurbished. And the staff is always available on the phone. It has an automatic check-in with codes to get in you are given at your arrival. Perfect place to stay.

The cleaning service was done just the first day of arrival. But it's ok. The affordable price per night is worth it in any case to have so many services included already.
