Location is peaceful and can walk to restaurants and bars in 10 minutes and the main strip in 20 mins. Lots of space for families, huge airy rooms with comfy beds great views from balconies and super air conditioning. Pool is huge and there are some English channels on TV if you fancy a cosy night in with a film etc after a busy day. Would recommend Corellia beach rather than the main Coral Bay beach as so calm and safe for families and excellent pool bar and restaurant facilities - turn right after Legends bar its 15 min walk from villa.

Although Philllipos supermarket is massive, sells everything and is only a 15 min walk away, it's along a relatively busy road without a proper pavement. Despite this we walked it in the day and at night but praps not the best idea. If you spend over 50 euro there is a free taxi back though. The fixtures and fittings in the villa are a bit " no frills" ie everything is white and the lighting is harsh so not a cosy living space to lounge in of a evening. We would normally utilise the outside space of an evening much more but we're plagued by mossies even those of us that don't normally get bit and they seemed immune to some of our prevention sprays and creams - Mossie plugs helped inside though.

Great Villa, in a nice quiet location. The view from the balcony is lovely. Pool was a bit too cold to use in late March. Short walk to the local supermarket. Great choice of TV channels

No welcome pack with basic details in which would have been helpful. Couldn’t get the safe working, the pictures have worn off the oven/ grill so took a while to figure settings out. Otherwise would have rated the villa ten stars easily.

No coffee machine.External lights are poor,no lights in the pool.Generally it is the level of maximum 3 star hotel but not villa.Additionally,the process of check-in and sending all the documents twice is uncomfortable.Our previous experience in Cyprus with private owners was more successful.But nevertheless the service was satisfying0

the building works in the building opposite, hammer drill started every morning at 7.30 so we could not lay by the pool or have a lay in

The villa is very spacious, downstairs is a common area with a kitchen supplied with everything you need and a living room, able to accommodate many people. Upstairs are bedrooms, we were very pleased with them. Towels and bedding are provided. AC is in every room. There are three bathrooms, very much appreciated when travelling in bigger groups. Outside of the villa is beautiful. I cannot not mention our host, she was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. Overall, very much recommended!

The location, if you don't have a car, is a little bit far from Coral Bay's center. It's a 10 minute walk to the supermarket (but it's big and offers a free delivery!), about 15 minute walk to the restaurant area. If you don't mind walking it's okay :)

A bright, spacious holiday home with excellent facilities. The view from the master bedroom, twin bedroom and the upstairs terrace was beautiful. Communication from the management company was excellent.

A long walk to anywhere either on the main road or unlit roads with no footpaths. The Concierge app wasn't working so a backup option of emailing the information on the property and surrounding area would have been useful.

As we went early in the season it would have been nice if the pool had been heated. The pool was used, but you did have to wait until late afternoon when the water had warmed slightly
