What the property lacks in infrastructure is easily made up by the world class service provided by every single staff member. From the moment we walked in to register Mr. Kashif Butt single handedly solved many of the booking.com challenges discovered and managed to get us a phenomenal rate. He was instrumental in solving a number of other reservation related issues without second thought. Ayesha the Guest Relations Manager was a true ambassador for the hotel making sure every day every thing was according to our taste and extending assistance anytime we needed it plus being proactive in all communications. Altaf plus all the rest of the restaurant staff we extremely attentive and knew exactly what we desired every day and were proactive. The cherry on the cake was the quality of the food. We ate at many restaurants in Lahore during our stay and the consensus was overwhelmingly that Park Lane Hotel has the best tasting food. The lack of hard product sophistication is more than made up with the world class people working at Park Lane plus the quality of the food.

rooms are a little dated and require some investment

This is my third booking at Park Lane and the staff have always been amazing. The Guest Relations Manager, Ayesha, was super helpful through out our entire stay. She made sure we were always comfortable and responded to requests quickly. We really appreciated her efforts and professionalism. It was nice to see her in person too. The Reception Manager, Haider Ali, was also very professional and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is nice and again the team are always kind and helpful. We ordered room service a few times and the food was great. Many more stays at Park Lane to come InshAllah

The WiFi was a little slow this time during our stay. We didn’t need it so it didn’t bother us too much.

They should have bath rub and minibar as a complementary that's our request (it should be there before guest moving to the room ) And should have split Ac and android TV in every room That's a humble request

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ms. Ayesha, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Her professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Staff all members like Duty manager Kashif ,mobeen and Kashif butt was very cooperative person and Food section covered by Shafique I think he is also on a managerial position but he was cooperative person so I will strongly recommend you to book your reservation from Parklane because they knows the best quality of service

Please update your AC because it was not properly cooling on even 16 temperature so update it that's my request and kindly check the exhaust in every room because in parklane there is an exhaust issue

I liked the whole hotel ambiance, the entry, the lobby, corridors and the rooms off course. The guest attendant Ms. Ayesha was very cooperative and supportive. She always engaged with the guests for the services and any difficulties to be addressed immediately. Her attitude towards the guests was really remarkable and that left with a feel of familiarity with that place. I will always love to prefer Park Lane for my stay every time in Lahore.

The central heating/air conditioning sound was very noisy which created disturbance in my room, that has to be considered.

I am much satisfied and impressed by the staff behaviour and hospitality special on check in reception Alizay and specially Samdani.. his behaviour and body language was so kind and cooperative.. hotel management didn’t bother me at all for check out on time .. it was so convenient.. they were so lovable educated ppl .. I must say.. and they made my day when they presented me their special coffee.. the taste and froth was beyond my expectations.. most yummiest coffee as compare to Tim Horton .. the guy who made the coffee was a supervisor there at The Spot restaurant.. he made the heavenly delicious coffee… thanks to the guy

I didn’t like the too much charges of spa .. they are charging 7,000 for a massage ..

Staff were friendly, especially captain Salman and Aisha in the breakfast area who remembered us two years after our stay. The room cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. They all went above and beyond their requirements.

The property needs renovation, specifically the bathrooms which are outdated and need an upgrade. the ventilation system needs cleaning as there is too much dust in the hotel as compared to the nearby hotels.
