- Excellent location, right off of highway - Shuttle service 24/7, only 5 min to airport - Big comfy bed - Size of room - quite spacious - Shower pressure, Dove soaps & shampoo - Quiet - Staff at reception were very nice and friendly - Breakfast to go (little bag) when departure is before breakfast time

- There was an ongoing noise from the fridge (gave impression of having tinnitus); difficult to fall asleep. But then it stopped throughout the night.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was provided in the price of the room we booked. There was a great variety of items. There was lots of time to get breakfast and eat at your leisure. The staff were very helpful, talking to the patrons and refilling whatever was needed. We were very satisfied with the location for the event we were attending.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided coffee all day long was awesome. And even some cookies in the afternoon!

The bathtub required thorough cleaning and maintenance. The fridge was noisy, so we had to disconnect it at night.

Great place to stay before your flight. Big rooms, quiet, and comfort beds. Good breakfast for a hotel in North America. Staff are very helpful.

The cost is a bit high for an airport hotel but within range of others I guess.

The shuttle service was great, had to drop our rental the night before, we called for the shuttle and they were there within minutes. We only had carry ons so couldn't bring our shampoo and conditioner so we were pleasantly surprised they stock actual bottles of Dove shampoo and conditioner and lotion!

Cleanliness and helpful staff.

I am vegetarian and gluten free. Breakfast choices for me were minimal. And no bananas. Also, there was decaf coffee last time, but not this time.

the staff were awesome! and our room was super big and accommodating for the price! Pool being open until 11pm was a great suprise too, as well as the 12pm checkout time

All way great! Prices for hotel rooms are expensive across the board so I guess we have to get used to the prices.

The service clerk was all smiles and very courteous. The hotel was clean. Room was great, comfortable, spacious, and most importantly clean. Breakfast - had all we needed.

Proximity to the airport.

They wouldn’t give me my government rate because I booked through booking.com! They hurried me out the door to get an earlier shuttle even though I have requested a bag breakfast. Hard to understand some of the staff.
