Clean contemporary stay, pool, parking. Facilities safe in close proximity to restaurants, shops, and beach. Private access to beach.

Furniture with failed shelf, falling apart closed. Kitchen with old fashion,small coffee maker. No pods for nespresso machine, not even for purchase.

Cool, contemporary layout. Central pool. Walkable distance to the beach with towels, umbrellas and chairs included. Walkable distance to grocery store and coffee shops. Perfect layout for our family with 1 king and 3 twin beds.

The furniture and decor was entirely IKEA. Cool design, but will it hold up in the long run? Our toilet had issues flushing from the moment we got there. Maintenance did come the next day and was able to temporarily fix it. I am pretty sure it broke again the last flush as we were walking out the door.

It has very good value for money, was not crowded, spacious, kitchen enough equipped for United States. We were able to cook and eat at home mostly. Was a bit tricky to find as we arrived at night and google maps did not get us straight there. Pool is perfect for relaxation or times when you need to cool off. Beach is walking distance and the beach club was very nice, also walking distance on the beach. We were not here during weekends so he enjoyed it for free. Only thing is that it closes kind of early.

Fabulous location- contemporary apartment w pool . Clean and well serviced Manager ( Elizabeth)was very helpful and we had access to bicycles and beach clubs

Better lighting in the bedroom- we had one bedside light that had broken but not yet been replaced- minor details More bathroom towel hanging would’ve been useful as nowhere to hang towels to dry Kettle would be fab ( but I’m English!)

The location is brilliant. Close to the beach where they offer full amenities. Room was comfortable even though we had to move the second day due to insect infestation which was very quickly resolved by Elizabeth which is a great host. Kitchen was well equipped but kinda small.

Both TVs were kinda all and small, and the livingroom one was very old with no streaming connection at all. Many kids in the pool, making it quite noisy and not relaxing.

For a small family this place is perfect. It is 15-20 mins away from downtown in a quiet, safe area, close to the beach. We are a family of 4 with one baby and one toddler and the two bedrooms were perfect for us. The pool area is footsteps from the apartment door and is suitable for young children with shallow areas. They also have a wife selection of toys which the children can play with. The host was extremely nice and accommodating to our request for late check out. She was extremely helpful providing us with recommendations in the area which we followed and were extremely satisfied. The stay included free entrance to the grand bay beach club which was well equipped for kids and adults, directly on the beach. It was also extremely well priced compared to other available options. We will be back!

There was nothing that we didn't like about this place.

Peaceful and well equipped apartement, in a nice and well maintained neighbourhood. We could take a bike which was a huge plus! The shopping and restaurant facilities are in a few minutes walking distance from the accomodation. The area is very safe, and the building has enough parking spaces. We really loved the area, and rather spent a full day in Key Biscayne than going to Miami.

The elevator is exactly in front of the window and sometimes the corridor was a bit noisy, but it is a small issue, and cannot be changed due to the position of the apartment, so apart from that everything was perfect. I would totally book it again.

Staying at Beach Haus with my family - including my two young grandchildren, was a wonderful and memorable experience. Our 2-bedroom was bright, clean, comfortable, and provided the amenities needed by an active young family. We enjoyed walking to different beaches, playground, cafes and restaurants, and the grocery close by. We wil definitely return!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Self catering facilities provided everything we needed in a great location that is a hidden oasis of peace on the edge of an otherwise busy Miami. We really liked using the courtesy bikes provided by Beach Haus to explore Key Biscayne. Above everything, we found Elizabeth in the office to be so friendly and helpful, that we were able to stay 100% in relaxing holiday mode - thank you Elizabeth

Nothing we didn't like

Loved the place soo much so calm and relaxing! Location in quite and safe area, everything was easy to find. Free parking on premises, free access to 2 beach clubs, that gives you chairs& umbrellas as well as the beach towels- super service and the beach is not overcrowded. When You are tired of ocean or just one to sit outside and chill next to the pool in beach house its possible& relaxing. the kitchenette is equipped with basic needs to be able to cook breakfast for yourself and some quick meals, just maybe grab some olive oil in nearby store :) we also were happy to use the free bicycles at the beach house to drive around the island, it was really nice! also a tip for runners, you can run both directions of island and get some running in shade and nice greenery, recommend!
