New and clean. Convenient location. Nice staff. Great pool.

Rooms lack any proper place to hang anything. Not even a single drawer to put anything. Really poorly thought out as there is plenty of space to add this. There’s nothing worse than having to live completely out of a suitcase for 6 nights. Complete design flaw.

We loved the interior design of our rooms. Our room was not spacious, but it was thoughtfully decorated to meet our needs and it was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. It was very practical as well. Room service was quick and responsive. Neighborhood was great! A lot to explore around the hotel and really lively night life.

I should mention that we were traveling with backpacks and had no issues but if we were traveling with carry ons or suitcases then it would have been a bit tight. They did not have all the toiletries we needed such as make up remover.

This property looked even better than photos! It was close to all the food clubs and everything my friends and I needed. It was also only a 15 minute uber from south beach. The staff was so attentive to our needs and available around the clock. What made us feel better too as two young women was there was security at night and you needed your keycard to get in. They also had their own private events so if you wanted to do an activity but didnt want to leave the hotel you could. I would totally stay here again!

I wouldn't say it bothered me much but don't stay here if you're looking for a relaxing vacation - this hotel is located in party central. The hotel gives you complimentary earplugs to try to help with it.

The staff is great，and the room is clean.

There is no Microwave oven in the room, I had to go to the bar in the first floor ask for hot water for my baby everyday, and it’s not possible to get it when the bar is closed. Although they have a refrigerator, it’s full of their own goods, that’s bad, we were unable to use it because of no space. I had been to a lot of cities in the us, stayed in different hotels, this is the first time I’ve met this kind of situation. It was very inconvenient.

Cool vibes, cool location its defiantly a hotel with a vibe and they go out of their way to put on free events and animate their spaces for their guests, rooftop pool was nice.

This is probably the loudest hotel I have ever stayed, There are planes departing every minute over the hotel, cars revving on the street and the hotel itself plays music really loud in the open air spaces, the sliding doors do a decent job but you can tell they know this as every bed comes with complimentary ear plugs beside them. I suppose it's the price you pay for being in a great location. It didn't affect my stay but I was laughing at times at how loud it got.

We stay for the weekend and it’s was amazing I think this hotel is pretty good it has activities for the weekend an it’s near almost everything u want to visit It’s has a restaurant we use it just once it was ok cause somedays was closed we didn’t know why maybe was to early or to late. If you guys walk a little bit there’s a street with tones of food restaurants They also gave us a free upgrade to a balcony view. The pool is amazing

Not that I didn’t like but they left you a bunch of stuff in the room like presents and food but it’s not free so you have to be careful not opening those things

Arlo is the perfect location to stay for exploring Wynwood. So many cool places to eat and shop within walking distance... remarkable in Miami which is not a city for pedestrians. As a designer, I really appreciated the art-centric design touches and details. Very pleasing, well curated spaces and comfortable furniture. The elevated garden was lovely, manicured but not fussy, with a kind of light chaos of colours and textures that made it feel very much like a home away from home. Very comfy bed.

The rooftop bar is great at first glance because it faces the sunset... however... it faces the sunset... which means that the bartender is cooked alive after 3pm. So she's usually missing in action in the afternoon (cooling off or applying sunscreen, I imagine). This means that if you want a drink you have to keep your eyes peeled for her and pounce when she emerges from the shade. I visited in January which is a very nice, balmy time to be in South Florida. I'd hate to imagine the situation in the summer. The bar needs a pergola or some kind of shading device in front of it. Also, the bathroom in the room has beautiful mood lighting, definitely not great for putting on makeup.

Located in young modern hip neighborhood. Lots of food and shops near by. All within walking distance from hotel. The rooftop pool and bar + cabanas and views cannot be praised enough! This is truly a hidden gin in the city! Will be visiting this specific hotel again and again.

Nothing to argue about. If you are hoping to right near to beach, or get a “ocean view” this goes without saying. You will not get that. This is more in the city “art district” area. You will get amazing downtown Miami sunset views in the distance. Be prepared to use Uber and Lyft to get you to South Beach and AirPort.

Modern, clean and good location. Check in was easy and there was a room available when we arrived so was offered the room early. Daniela at the check in desk was so informative and great check in host who was welcoming, alongside the other staff who offered help putting bags into our taxi and opening the door and exit and entry, and always with a smile. The room and general areas of hotel was clean, good amenities and the tech in room was high standard with chromecast on the tv. Pool was nice to hang around, clean and maintained with a decent bar not too pricey and with good views.

Nothing, hope to revisit Miami and will be staying here!

The staff was very committed and friendly. Surprisingly good food at the restaurant.

Hotel in an original neighbourhood where I did not feel safe. Across the street, addicts are trying to recover and there are a lot of them in the area around the hotel. The rooms are nice, but relatively small and impractical. A fairly basic hotel, not comfortable in any respect.
