New and clean. Convenient location. Nice staff. Great pool.

Rooms lack any proper place to hang anything. Not even a single drawer to put anything. Really poorly thought out as there is plenty of space to add this. There’s nothing worse than having to live completely out of a suitcase for 6 nights. Complete design flaw.

There are many great things to be said about Arlo Wynwood. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful (especially the receptionists and the lovely lady who served us breakfast). The room was big and had all the amenities one could need - hairdryer, mini fridge, toiletries, etc., plus little thoughtful extras. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop pool was an excellent place to cool down in hot Miami weather.

It'd be nice to introduce quiet hours without music at the pool, as not everyone needs constant noise to relax. The location is a bit of a letdown if you want to do any sightseeing or go out in the evening - without your own car, you either have to use public transportation (and 18 minutes on foot to the Metromover station in Miami sun is no joke, plus you need at least 40 minutes to reach any places of interest) or you just constantly spend money on an Uber.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooftop pool and weekend parties were amazing — the vibes were up the entire time! I also appreciated having quiet time to enjoy the pool by myself early in the mornings; it was clean and the lounges and umbrellas were always tidy. We loved the area too — it’s close to so many great spots and attractions without being too noisy/busy. Room service was done everyday. Highly recommend!

The rooms are on the smaller side, and there wasn’t really any space to store our luggage or other belongings comfortably. I also didn’t love the extra charges added on top of what I’d already paid through Booking.com — I thought all fees were included at the time of booking. It would have been nice to use the fridge for our own items, but it was completely packed with hotel products

From the front desk to the hospitality at the bar and restaurant-everyone was SO happy to be there. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Rhea made me the best latte I have had in a while and went above and beyond for my colleague and I when we sat at the bar area for lunch and to work. She is what premium hospitality is all about.

The FLIES in the bar/restaurant area. It was intolerable and people had to leave the area to eat their food in their rooms because it was overwhelming and annoying. Rhea graciously provided bug spray but that really doesn't stop flies. I understand it's summer, but we did not have that experience in any other place.

We loved the interior design of our rooms. Our room was not spacious, but it was thoughtfully decorated to meet our needs and it was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. It was very practical as well. Room service was quick and responsive. Neighborhood was great! A lot to explore around the hotel and really lively night life.

I should mention that we were traveling with backpacks and had no issues but if we were traveling with carry ons or suitcases then it would have been a bit tight. They did not have all the toiletries we needed such as make up remover.

My room was spotless, minimalistic, and cozy, with a comfortable bed, which was especially important to me. I’m really happy with my stay!

During the night, I was woken up by loud laughter, and unfortunately, the earplugs didn’t really help, so the sound isolation could be improved. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant downstairs was quite nice, but the waiting time was a bit long, you can easily spend an hour or more just for a quick breakfast.

This property looked even better than photos! It was close to all the food clubs and everything my friends and I needed. It was also only a 15 minute uber from south beach. The staff was so attentive to our needs and available around the clock. What made us feel better too as two young women was there was security at night and you needed your keycard to get in. They also had their own private events so if you wanted to do an activity but didnt want to leave the hotel you could. I would totally stay here again!

I wouldn't say it bothered me much but don't stay here if you're looking for a relaxing vacation - this hotel is located in party central. The hotel gives you complimentary earplugs to try to help with it.

Very nice and modern hotel, roof top swimming pool with great views. Other services like sauna and fit classes that we did not try but they were available. It is located in the design district with multiple restaurant options nearby. The lobby is large and inviting, there is a pool table to kill some time. Very nice facilities. When arriving by car, there is a valet service (around 50dlls/day) to leave the car, very convenient.

We liked everything, maybe the options at the cafe menu could be larger, but everything was good.

There is no Microwave oven in the room, I had to go to the bar in the first floor ask for hot water for my baby everyday, and it’s not possible to get it when the bar is closed. Although they have a refrigerator, it’s full of their own goods, that’s bad, we were unable to use it because of no space. I had been to a lot of cities in the us, stayed in different hotels, this is the first time I’ve met this kind of situation. It was very inconvenient.

Cool vibes, cool location its defiantly a hotel with a vibe and they go out of their way to put on free events and animate their spaces for their guests, rooftop pool was nice.

This is probably the loudest hotel I have ever stayed, There are planes departing every minute over the hotel, cars revving on the street and the hotel itself plays music really loud in the open air spaces, the sliding doors do a decent job but you can tell they know this as every bed comes with complimentary ear plugs beside them. I suppose it's the price you pay for being in a great location. It didn't affect my stay but I was laughing at times at how loud it got.
