The location was perfect! Away from the loud music but in short distance from the life of south beach. There’s no view from your room but the patio upstairs was good! The staff however were terrible. Answers to anyone’s question was short and with attitude, eye rolling responses to guests and snippy. A nice hotel run by poor staffing will drive people away. They said we can leave luggage’s there but it’s literally anywhere in the lobby. A big sign that says “not responsible for lost luggage’s, leave at your own risk” that’s as good as leaving your valuable luggage on the streets. The entrance was a restaurants dining area, your valuable is up for grabs! I would not stay here again. It’s NOT welcoming.

The room was adorable, cozy, and super clean; it came with little extras like snacks and water which are really important in a city like miami. The location of the hotel is super close to the water but also all the restaurants and nightlife. The beach is only one street away, cross that and your at the beach. For the distance from the beach, and being inside the beach i rate it a 9/10

I really enjoyed my experience overall. Only thing i did not like, was that some how my rooms keypad to unlock the door disconnected entirely and I had no way to get in unless the front desk opened my room each time i left ! It was a bit of a headache not being able to have my own key but none the less, the super sweet girls in the front were always willing to help !

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, like I wanted.

the hall to reach to the end of the floor was very narrow, was very uncomfortable to move my luggage, Had to carry it up the stairs because there was no elevator.

Very convenient location just a couple blocks from South Beach. Bus stop on the corner if you want to go to Miami. Good free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. Appreciate the entry being set back from the street.

No real complaints. The Do Not Disturb/Please Clean the Room signs did not fit the door handles well and tended to rip and fall off. Room and temperature were adequate for our needs.

Amazing location! Manager Andres was very welcoming and provided a great service. I was able to move to my room 40 min prior the check in time with no additional fee, because my room was already ready. The room is clean. Thank you! Good clean option for this low price!

The only thing why I put 4 stars but not 5, because the air conditioner in the room was working extremely loud and it was impossible to sleep or to stay in the room while it was working. Therefore I was switching on the fan just for 30 min before going to bed.

I was surprised to see how close the beach was to hotel. The hotel had a cafe that served breakfast and lunch. The food was excellent and the servers were friendly. Thank you Chris. The staff at the hotel greeted me with smiles Andres, Flo and Henry. They were all very helpful.

It would have been helpful if there was a map of the area or information about the FREE trolley. I asked questions so I did find out what I needed to know.

It’s a very well located hotel. At first we thought we were not going to like the bed but we slept GREAT. Shower was good. They don’t provide breakfast but they gave us a 15% discount voucher every day for the coffee place right outside the hotel. They also gave us beach towels every day.

The room was a little small but it was comfortable anyway

The location is 10/10. 2 blocks from the beach. We decided not to stay too close to the beach because of the noise from the clubs. It was a great decision. Easy checkin. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Andreas was taking very good care of us 10/10 would book again. This place is 5 steps away from laundromat, CVS, Subway, and brunch restaurant.

Just no parking as other properties. We found a cheap overnight parking spot on spothero.

The Hotel has a good location, near Miami Beach. It Is really nice place with beautiful terrace. In the room there is TV, AC, beds are big and comfortable. Every day the room was cleaned. The reception is really helpfull, especially Andres helped us with everything and nothing was problem :) If we will be at Miami again, we will definetely stay there!

Quiet a huge surprise, staff is the best, always helpfull and gentle. Building was very clean, no smoke smell(thank you God!). Our room was great for childrens, no "weird" "rooms by hours" sounds.... full silence at night. Bathroom water working as it should be. We had stayed in multiple places in USA and this is by far our #1 in united states
