Breakfast is always great with lots of choices. Location is so convenient to Lincoln Rd and walks on the Venetian Causeway. Trader Joe’s across the street is so convenient. The rooftop pool is always so enjoyable and the amazing scent in the lobby is very welcoming… absolutely love the blast of cool air with that fragrance when entering the lobby. The valet service is fantastic and friendly. The housekeeping crew are always so friendly and helpful

Sometimes I wish there was a bit more lighting or another additional lamp in the room.

The breakfast room temperature was too cold. A jacket was needed. People without jacket were freezzed. Reduce climatisation by 2 degrees would be a win-win solution: you save energy, you preserve our planet, you save your money and you increase customer confort and customer satisfaction!

The location is excellent for a quiet stay in South Beach. Beach shuttle is great. There are tons of food options in walking distance. The Lincoln Road shopping and dining area is Awesome!

Front desk personnel is not very nice. This is my second experience at the hotel with the front desk checking in. I booked through Booking.com, and they can never seem to find my reservation. Though they can't find it, I am treated poorly for it. I feel they are rejecting me because of race. Instead of being nice about it. They say, "I don't see a reservation." On top of that, I was given a handicap without my consent.

Excellent value for money. We where in a good location being only a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. The beach shuttle was also very useful. The breakfast every morning was nice and the staff where excellent. We also made use of the beach chairs and the free bike rentals which where very nice additions.

There isn’t really any negative that stands out to me. For the price me and my friends payed we where very happy with the hotel. Maybe the gym is a bit small.

We arrived late and received a warm welcome. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and compact well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was excellent. We shopped at Trader Joe’s directly over the road and prepared dinner in the kitchen. The location was great, close to Lincoln Mall and an easy walk to the beach and Art Deco area.

Nothing. It’s a really comfortable hotel in a great location. I’M FROM AUSTRALIA, NOT HONGKONG but the morons at Booking.com seem incapable of correcting their error.

Breakfast was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and roomy. We stayed in the room and watched a lot of movies because of rainy weather. There were two grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance so we didn't have to find transportation.

It rained the entire time so we didn't get to experience the beach and a lot of things we planned on doing. The pull out bed was a little uncomfortable.

Loved the location and cleanliness. Roof top pool was nice. Breakfast was decent, enough to start your day.

Only thing I requested was a early check in and they said they would if they could. Our flight arrived early and they weren't able to accommodate my early check in request but allowed us to store our luggage which was great because we did brunch and shopping. The problem came when we returned later on in the day our room still wasn't ready which was very inefficient on their end. We checked in after check in time due to them not being able to provide us with the proper room we had booked.

The entire staff at the residence Inn was courteous..professional..and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure there guest were happy and satisfied. I want to give a special thanks to one of your front desk workers who goes by the name J..just pronounced like the name Jay only this J is a female. She consistently went out of her way to help make me and my families stay there special .and always with this beautiful smile..And because of her actions I will plan again another trip from Houston to your hotel again next year .She should be commended for her actions. It made me and my wife and 2 daughters very happy we chose your hotel .Bravo and thank you for giving us a most pleasurable vacation experience..Master Chef..Nicholas Padula.

The only thing that I brought to another agents attention was the small table that you eat on in the kitchen. It was uneven in the balance of the legs which made it rock back and forth instead of sitting balance..It rocked back and forth when we would eat there. I put some paper and cardboard under one of the legs to make it still..A small dresser would have helped to store our clothes..The large closet was good to hang up clothes but no drawers inside it..but we dealt with that just fine..

All of the above! Great location; quiet but close to mall and beach. Fabulous room! Great size and layout. Very generous towel allocation. Helpful and friendly staff at all times. Breakfast included was a nice and unexpected touch.

I would've liked to know in advance how much we would be paying per night from Thursday to Sunday. The "standard rate" changes hugely over the weekend. So, it was a more expensive trip, but we loved it!
