The size and space of the apartments was large and accommodating. I felt safe. Plenty of storage. Nice kitchen area.

Although it was cool inside there was no fans or air option’s especially in the bathroom. We are offered extra towels but at a cost so I would bring my own for a longer stay.

Definitely localisation. Really close to the beach, ocean dr and other famous place in Miami Beach. Price is pretty good compared to other places in this neighbourhood.

Apartment is old - in bad way. Lots of mold and broken furniture. Mold and dust in air condition. Really poor WiFi (even there is 4 different network on the premises). Very important for all car users - there is no parking available. You can’t park on the street - it’s just for residents. Lots of parkings in Miami Beach are just for residents. All in all we finished parking our car about 10 minutes by foot from apartment for 30$ per day. Our rate will be definitely better if the owner took the time to general clean, remove the mold, buy a new couch and a better router.

Location

We had two drinking glasses - we had to empty our water glasses to have a beer. More glasses were provided but we had to ask. The kitchen lacked a lot of items - no scissors, one, not very sharp knife. Just meanly provided for. The fridge makes an awful lot of noise, it should be replaced immediately. We had no sun umbrella, one was provided when we asked, but we had no stand for it We could not charge our telephones by the bed as there were no sockets. Spending $20 on matching hangers might have been nice! Generally, it was just mean - It’s certainly needs money to be spent on it, we certainly would not stay there again. Spending $20 a night more, on another hotel would be money well spent.
