The property location is very convenient. Its near Miami beach, stores, restaurant. They also has a kitchen with enough supply of utensils and stuffs for cooking. I hope they have rice cooker. Aside from this, the property has a reasonable price. I can say that the place is also safety.

The property has a television but there is no netflix, or any other channels which you can watch movies, only local channel. It is not smart TV. Their pool hours is up to 8pm only. I hope they can extend up to 10pm just what other property does. There are no washing machine or laundry area as well. I hope they can change the bed since its old and its making a cracking sound.

the parking situation, we spend an extra 100$ for 2 nights in the parking garage along with the walk from parking to apartment was the worst part

The property was well maintained. Property manager was very nice and helpful. He helped us accommodating family needs. We enjoyed the pool a lot. Peaceful and quiet street.

Internet connection was very bad. It's quiet a walk to the beach. Pool is working from 8 am to 8 pm. Fire alarm is very sensitive and can start beeping in the middle of the night. Bathroom window doesn't open. Towels, toiletries, trash bags and toilet paper need to be requested when needed. No housekeeping during 7 days stay.

The apartment was clean and well located. The storage locker system here makes life so much easier than many other places. The pool was nice. Extra balcony space was a nice surprise. One of the cleanest rentals we've had in this area so kudos for that. Good communication. I would happily return.

Lacking in thoughtful touches, not equipped for 6 though we were 6 so someone was always excluded from the glasses, chairs. No dish towels, only some bedding for the sofa bed at first but that was provided later on. Wifi was inconsistent. Area in front of the balcony was dirty but we were out all day anyway because this is South Beach. A little further from the beach than we like but very easy to dash up and down Lincoln Rd. nearby.

Great location right next to Lincoln rd. 3 bedrooms not very spacious for luggage but we only had 4 guests so we used a bedroom for luggage. Extremely cheap for good value! Pool was nice, and couldn’t hear noise from our neighbors! Stayed nice and cool inside, no bugs. Clean towels provided. Staff were responsive and helpful!

Bedrooms were pretty tight given how many people could potentially fit. Only other complaint would be that the shower takes a while to get hot, and the deadbolt lock doesn’t work on the front door. It still locks, but that extra safety feature would be nice.

Location, cleanliness, pool, kitchen amenities. There were couple bad reviews but i booked it anyway. And it turned out one of the best experiences. Located very close to best places you can visit and a little walk to ocean. My family and i loved everything. We would definitely recommend and stay next time💞

Everything was great! Nothing was wrong literally

I loved the location and the property managers were very helpful since I wasn’t getting the text messages with all the info. They met us at the street and gave us all the info we needed and a little advice about the area.

The only downside was that we were on the first floor, which I loved for access, but anytime someone upstairs walked around it sounded like they were stomping and running it was so loud… and the mattress quality could be better but we all slept pretty well considering.

Great location, everything is a comfortable walkable distance. Stayed in the same apartment twice now and has been very relaxed and has the benefit of a pool for those extremely warm days. Will hopefully be staying here again next year 👍

Close to Lincoln boulevard and great Miami sights including South Beach, can walk to parking bc parking is terrible in this area, gated area so you felt safe, pool was warm. provided with tons of extra towels, Staff was very helpful and friendly , nice pool area

The pool hours are horrible!! i would like to swim later than 8 pm even if just adults are allowed to swim later as long as they are quiet, warm water issues, for three days we didn't have hot water for showers last day we did, mgmt said they were trying to fix it, parking was very confusing, but once you figured it out it was no problem!!

Stayed a week with bunch of friends. Location is superb for explore everything easily at Miami Beach. Property are was very clean and everything works perfectly! Definitely recommend this place and will book it also for next vacation in Miami

No disapointments
