Great location for shopping and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and entertainments. Very clean and generally quiet, and spacious for four people. Close to local transportation.

There was no proper table for all 4 of us to sit, 2 had to be at counter/island and 2 at a tiny table. With a little bit more imagination, this can be made possible. Quiet on the inside with doors closed, but noisy to sit on the balcony with the most uncomfortable furniture.

These apartments are superb, very spacious, comfortable and have everything you need to spend a week in Miami! They have been styled very well and were had a lovely terrace area we could use for Pilates in the mornings!There is also full laundry facilities (washer/drier). Some things are provided (washing up liquid, dishwasher capsules) but not others (t towel, cloths, laundry powder). Check in etc is all on line, so we really didn't see any staff at all. Access is via a code which you key in to open reception and your room. There is a well equipped little gym with free eights and some machines. There is a lovely roof top pool though it is fairly small (less than 10m long), so more for a cool down than for exercise. There are plenty of loungers and chairs to relax on. Wifi is free and very quick. I booked an apartment for 2 and we had two bedrooms with bathrooms plus space for further guests if needed in the lounge area! Location is very good for Lincoln Rd, right next to Trader Joes for groceries and easy to walk to the beach (abut 1km).

The pool was a little disappointing as was quite small, the photos lead you to believe it is larger! The location is 1km from the beach but we were perfectly happy to walk, if you weren't in the heat then it is just over 1km to reach it. The reception is meant to be manned during the say but we never saw anyone there which could be an issue if there were problems! There is a TV but only for chrome cast.

Great size, great access to the pool, very comfortable beds, ice machine, in unit washing machine and dryer, access to extra toilet paper, toiletries, dishwasher soap and tissues.

The living room was dirty and even after letting the staff know they took 2 days to clean it up. There were not enough pots or pans and again had to wait for 2 days to get them. The chat was very misleading and we had to call multiple times. When we asked the chat about the parking it told us there is no parking at the location at first and then told us there is and added it to our reservation but did not get us the code for the garage so we had to pay for ourselves. Then we called about it and they send us the weong qr code so we had to call again to sort it out. We spent about 2 hours on the phone dealing with all of this which disrupted our vacation.

The location was really great and the balcony was nice, also de beds were really comfortable. Very highly modern furniture and everything was there for standard cooking. Also the pool was so relaxing.

The couch is not the best if you want to sleep on it. The cleaness could be better (there were some hairs left over and the trash bin wasn't empty when we arrived, but it wasn't bad :-).

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. At we were situated on the 5th it was a quick walk to the pool. The apartment was very self service, but it worked very well and you could pick up additional sundries at the reception at you walked into the building. The location is about a 10/15 minutes walk from Ocean Beach in a straight line and the nearby supermarkets such as Joe Traders or Publix were very handy.

The location is great. Central Miami beach so perfect for getting around on foot. The apartment was really spacious and could comfortably have 6 people staying.

The apartment itself is lovely but the kitchen didn't have enough equipment so couldn't really make a family meal as there weren't enough pots, pans, oven dishes to cook properly. We also struggled to find the parking so they need to explain it better. I.e you basically use the supermarket car park which is next door.

The flat was absolutely beautiful and i will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting

Modern trendy apartment in a good location right next to Lincoln Road Shops which is a trendy shopping area with bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to the beach but walking down Lincoln Road made it fun. Pool was often deserted. Gym was well equipped

You couldn't alter the air conditioning in each room. The apartment was noisy as on a busy road in a residential area so woken up early in the morning with lorries and bin men. There should have been some basic items like salt pepper oil in the flat t use. to buy for a few days was a waste of money

Big apartment and comfortable for our family of 4. Clean big rooms. Parking convenient. Trader joes next door was helpful. 20 minute walk to the beach.

Parking garage road closed one way for long term road works - it would have been nice to get a heads up message. A little tricky to navigate the parking entrance and exit in a large car while juggling the qr code requirement. We were fine with the codes,app etc but I imagine might be challenging for some travellers.
