The room was a good size and had all the facilities of a small flat, which made it more flexible than a hotel room. The staff were helpful and courteous. The area is great. I felt safe at night. The multistory carpark is very close to the apartments and is really well designed. It was very bright and safe. Plus it was full of fancy cars which built confidence. It's easy to find a space, I parked in the same space on the 5th floor every day.

Nothing really. I thought it was very good value for money and you got to live in a normal Miami neighborhood where regular people live, dine and shop, rather than the hectic South Beach.

Wonderful location, tons of restaurants and cafes with walking distance, parking pass included which is really helpful in that area, the parking is 5-6min walk from the place. We had issues with our room and the manager showed up immediately and wanted to help us and gave us a different room that we were happy about. Great value for the price in this location!

The room we had was tiny, so for longer stay could be not enough, but if you don’t need luxury and coming to explore the city and beach it is a perfect choice.

Staff was nice and helpful, you just need to read the information they send to you as soon as you book and then as soon as you fill the online form for check in you get room information, smooth process only need to be there in the hours they are there for the parking if needed. Everything you need to know about the place is there. Convenient for the car, I left it parked the whole time in a safe garage, and location is perfect for a walk everywhere

Not the cleanest, even the fan had dirt on it, looked it hasn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks… but the price and location makes up for it tbh.

Very good location, loved the free parking perk, and the room looked just like the pictures posted. My sheets weren't clean when I arrived, but they responded to my issue and sent someone with new sheets and provided extra towels ASAP.

We had terrible weather that weekend with heavy rain so the lobby entrance and my room had water creep in from the windows and doors. No serious flooding, but made a mess to clean up.

The kitchenette made it possible to prepare my own meals as I am sodium conscious . The location made it easy to walk to and browse the neighboring stores for things including the food that I was going to prepare. The outdoor space was very relaxing and filled with natures beauty. Just what I needed after transitioning from my cruise.

Would be great to have a 12 o’clock checkout time, which is rare.

My room was far smaller than anticipated. The photos sold me on getting a studio type location instead I was in a bedroom with shower. It worked for the stay just not what I thought I was paying for.

Bed was not the most comfortable, tv placement. Room was a little small, and has a bit of a musty smell.

It is a very good deal . Very clean in a very good South Beach location (a block from west side of Lincoln Road).

The video system was frustating to navigate. But especially that Fox channel was not provided. Dozens of left wing channels were on the menu .... but not Fox... wonder why ? Fox is only one I like to get my news from !!

Clean and central accommodation! Good wifi and free parking included if you arrive during office hours, very good! A plus for equipped kitchen and that you could call for help even when reception was not manned.

Would have loved possibility for free parking after 6 PM!

Great location just a few meters from Lincoln Road. Clean and organized space with helpful staff. Parking was a nice benefit since daily rates in Miami are high. I highly recommend it.
