The little apartment was perfect for my family of 7. Two adults and 5 kids. They usually share beds ; so the sleeping was basically perfect. The area was perfect for our type of liking. Quiet , calm , and close to pretty much everything. We have never been to Miami and are from Georgia ; so this was very much a great experience for us. We loved the wild parakeets and iguanas. The beach was also perfect! The apartment was equipped with really everything ; the stove is a two burner gas stove. Just no over. Which was fine ; we ate out. The fridge was perfect for our drinks and the kids snacks. The kids loved the little table with the stools. The view of our surroundings were decent as to all the windows.

I booked this apartment not realizing it was sorta like an airbnb. I didn't have a problem with that at all ; I actually liked that better than a hotel. But if there was a problem and I needed to contact someone it would have to be via phone call and or emails and messages. No person contact. Thankfully we didn't have any issues so our mini get away was smooth and perfect.

The location was spot on! Really cute apartment close to everything. We walked mainly everyday and only took uber to get to UltraMIAMI. However West Deco was in a lovely, safe and quiet community. Convenient to get everything around Miami and South Beach. Great food all around and so nice to have a whole foods for healthy options if you do not want to eat out always. Location was quiet and it had a really cute courtyard. I would definitely recommend!

Honestly, the place was great except not very clean for new guests. It hadn't been dusted and found some hair still left in bathroom, but for what we paid, which was mainly separate bedrooms and LOCATION we just lived with it and loved the rest. Super cute apartment, easy to get in and loved that they sent all the code details the day before. Location was quiet and it had a really cute courtyard.

Accommodation very well located. Clean. Quiet street.

The only problem is that the staff did not send the key number to enter the accommodation before our arrival. We had to wait outside to get in.

The location and apartments were amazing. Everything we could have needed was there and if we didn't have it there. There were numerous stores barely a block away to get it ourselves. Truly a wonderful stay and a great place to be at for the weekend.

There was little to nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great and amazing. Truly a spot I will book again whenever I come back to Miami Beach area.

Comfortable beds, cozy apartment style room, all at a great price for the space you get! I enjoy the code based entry instead of a key or key card. The location is great, lots of cool stuff within walking distance and a great place to stay for a convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center

Not much that I didn't like! My only thing would be the bathroom is a little small and I wish there was better parking. But I will say the parking garages nearby provide inexpensive daily rates

Noisy (street) as we had backside appartement Welcome coffee pack but no sugar/milk packs (not everyone drinks black coffee).

The flat was basic, quite well equipped in the kitchen. The position was really good. the air conditioning was extremely efficient and silent. The building was also very silent in the night. Caterina was very kind and I had the opportunity of having sheets and towels changed whenever I wanted. We had a leak of water and they arranged it very quickly.

In 14 days, only once I have seen a cleaning up, but I was not satisfied with the service. I asked for a new cleaning of the bathroom the moment I returned in the flat and discovered the bathroom was not clean, they sent the same cleaner, but everything remained as it was. I had to buy a detergent and some rags. I had preferred to have the equipment for cleaning myself. The sheets were made of polyester, which gives me allergy. I had preferred to have cotton ones. I asked, and Caterina found some made of viscose.

We loved the layout. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen was really helpful. Its very close to Trader Joes and some good affordable restaurants. Quiet street and a nice walk to busier South Beach.

Parking was challenging but that seems to be the case for most of South Beach. We found a public lot a few blocks north on 16th that was helpful.

We loved the apartment, kitchen had everything you need and the location was very good for us.

There was a large hair ball in the shower.
