It feels like a resort rather than a hotel. The pool is great and half of it is shaded on purpose in the summer when it’s hot. That was a really nice touch. The sea salt indoor pool is great it’s warm and you can float. The jacuzzi is great too it’s hot and can fit 6 people.

The food wasn’t great for an Israeli hotel. There was one night where we couldn’t eat any of the main protein courses. The meat and fish were very tough, the chicken was very dry, so we had to eat side dishes like potatos and rice.

We loved the fact that it was a two story hotel with an intimate vibe. The staff were really nice and the beach was really close. The room was nice and big and we saw the beach and the pool. The kids pool was heated which was perfect for our son.

The pool in our room could have been cleaner. It seems they don't actually take care of it between guests or on a regular basis. We found ear plugs and small food particles. The whole terrace wasn't that clean unfortunately.

The place is truly beautiful, the pools are large, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is massively varied and their coffee is great. The check in guy was quite helpful. The water pressure was fantastic and great heating as well. The only thing I regret was not having a longer stay.

Next to the door to enter room 304 there is a bit of a step drop of about 1 foot height. Travelling with a 3 year old made me very uneasy as I think a small child or an elderly person could easily misstep and fall. Another thing to watch for is in the children's pool the devices that put out a water current or bubbles (I'm not sure what they do) they are plastic and sharp and they protrude. It is worth mentioning my son doesn't know how to swim so he wasn't alone he was with three adults inside with him playing all the time and he cut himself on this. So did I and my mother so it wasn't just him not being careful. (thankfully it wasn't anything serious but it is worth noting) I did mention it to the staff and they seemed to be interested in fixing it.

I think this is the best option you can get in EinBokek - unless you are a fan of those big soul-less hotels around. We were upgraded from a ground floor with small garden to a room on the first floor with terrace and private swimming pool and it was amazing. There is a hotel, people around, but you have your own space. Located next to the Dead sea with it’s own private beach. Lovely spa and massages (Casmara facial is brilliant..) Enjoy!

When we arrived, the car park was full. Had to leave the car outside hotel territory and although we were told the car park next to the shopping mall is free during Shabbat, the next day came with unpleasant surprise in form of parking ticket. You cannot be sure there will be space for your car. However, the hotel was great and it is only a small unpleasant detail.

Breakfast was excellent and the same for the private terrace in the room.

Parking is advertised, but was not available, had to use paid parking 4 blocks away from the hotel. I was contacted during my stay about how my stay was going, mentioned the parking, but the answer I got is that they hoped I could find closer parking the next day.... Room was cleaned up after 6 PM after phone call.

Excellent location a stone's throw from the Dead Sea beach. Lovely promenade for an evening stroll. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Dinner buffet was excellent and really appreciated the traditional live music afterwards. Unpretentious and authentic feel despite the Greek-style decor.

Reception welcome was quite abrupt compared to other hotels we visited in Israel, and some of the reception and maintenance staff rather rude.

Friendly and helpful staff, good Mediterranean meals, clean room and pleasant experience overall! It’s not our first time in this hotel and we are definitely coming back 😊

Great accommodation with private beach - big thanks to the staff who made us feel welcomed and specially Roy, who went the extra mile and helped us manage our departure.

Just a small recommendation for tourists travelling to other destinations from the Dead sea region via bus - buy a Rav-kav card in advance. You will not be able to purchase it here.

Everything was excellent!!! Cleaning,the furniture is beautiful in white, the sheets and towels are immaculate white, food, organization, service, responsiveness, ambient music, the garden, the relaxation space in front of the room, with the table and the two armchairs, you feel at home! I think that a little more work can be done on the diversity of the breakfast and dinner table. Thank you for your welcome, hospitality, professionalism and the fact that I can finally say that a hotel at the Dead Sea deserves the maximum score - 10, congratulations! I will definitely come back .
