Rooms beautiful, one with a sea view and the other with loads of character. Staff very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome all week. Breakfast great. A lovely little hotel in a fabulous town.

Parking is the big issue in Getaria. To be fair, the hotel offers parking, but had no spaces left by the time we tried to book. It's not the hotel's fault, and there's nothing they can do about it, but parking elsewhere in the town is nigh on impossible between the hours of 11 and 8. I would definitely recommend booking hotel parking if you can, will save you a lot of stress!

A very spacious and comfortable room in a lovely hotel in the middle of Getaria. Very good facilities in the room, including a small fridge (mini bar) and tea/coffee making, and the bathroom was a good size too. The room had roll down shutters and windows that could be left slightly open, which was great for keeping the room cool at night, and being able to listen to the waves on the beach. If we returned to Getaria we'd almost certainly try and stay at this hotel again, despite it being a little above our normal budget. It's well located for restaurants and bars, but in a different street so is fairly quiet.

There's no parking at the hotel (unsurprisingly given the hotel's location and the narrowness of the streets), so we parked near the beach, which is a 10-15 minute walk up (up hill). Our room was directly above the hotel's shared space for guests - noise travelled easily to our room.

The view of the ocean is incredible! You can hear the waves if the window is open, but the windows keep sound down very well. Room is small, but large enough to sit and enjoy the view. Mirrors on the closet does which is nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfasts were good too!

Check in was difficult only because we didn’t know how to get a car close to the door. We saw other cars dropping off luggage later and we finally figured out how to do that.

Lovely hotel with lots of character in the old town of Getaria. The staff are brilliant and very helpful when I had a problem with my booking. They also recommended a restaurant and made the booking for us. The breakfast is lovely and the view from the breakfast room is amazing. You can’t park at the hotel and it is on a narrow cobbled street on a slight hill so it is not ideal to bring a large suitcase! There are some nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but beware a lot of them are closed on a Tueaday evening! Our restaurant recommendations are Txono and Mayflower.

The batheroom was a little small but not really a problem.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a restored 17th century building in the heart of Getaria old town. A hand full of steps to everything. A beautiful, comfortable room with a super view over the beach and coast road. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and routes onto our next destination. Just a wonderful introduction to the joy of the Basque Country and Basque hospitality.

This was a treat! Small but beautiful hotel, family owned with fantastic views and great location. We enjoyed the hospitality of Mikel and his stuff: Boubacar and Ainara. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Hotel offers breakfast which was great and also wine and other drinks. It is very nicely decorated and reflects its history and the period when the original property was built. We will absolutely comeback to this place. Thank you.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building in a cobbled street in the heart of Getaria and we had a superb view of the sea from our room. The staff were super helpful and friendly and it was the ideal location for exploring the town and seafront, with lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The beaches were clean and uncrowded. We particularly liked the character of the building and sunny terrace overlooking the beach, which was an ideal spot for a pre-dinner drink. We also had secure parking for our motorbikes at a charge of 10 Euros per day.

The bar was not very well stocked, but we did have a mini-bar fridge in the room. The room was on the small side and it seemed quite expensive compared to other accommodation we used in Spain and for 2 stars, but the view and location were worth it.

The location is excellent, the best in the entire town with an extraordinary view. Hotel staff is really nice, very competent, helpful, 5 stars just for the team. Everything was excellent and above expectations. I would recommend to book the breakfast with them, it is the best view and great value for money. The room is very cute and historic. We liked it a lot.

View was lovely. We did not have a water view from our room, but the charming roof tops. We were on the 3rd fl, which was great. The elevator was a nice touch! The church bells start at 7 am, which is a good wake up. The staff was always friendly and warm, breakfast was good especially the coffee. Common space was lovely. Parking is around town, which is easy enough to figure out.

Everything about this place was absolutely stunning. The view, the neighborhood, the old towns and villages, the drive. I don't think I have had such a pleasant experience anywhere else in the world. This hotel was absolutely mind blowing. The pictures do not do justice. The view from our room was worth all the money, we felt like we paid less for what it is actually worth.
