Excellent location with very close access to Couthouse Metro station. So easy to get to downtown DC sites. Delicious breakfast every morning. Comfy beds and great shower pressure. Equipped efficiency kitchen for eating in. Nice pool and hot tub. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Loved it and will stay again!

One lifeguard was not friendly at all so made us feel unwelcome. The other one was friendly and welcoming.

I liked everything about this location. The pool had an attendant/lifeguard on duty during the hours the pool was open. That made me and my family feel safe. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Each day there was a different selection offered. You didn't have to have the same meal twice. The Front Desk Staff was gracious and kind. Answered my questions knowledgably. The housekeeping staff was prompt with our requests for extra blankets and when we needed towels. The underground parking garage is clean and well lit.

Great location, clean property.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the indoor swimming pool. I was a bit disappointed that they have very limited hours for swimming pool. I believe it was like 5pm to 9pm. I was supposed to be there the whole day and wished it was open during the day time.

Great place for visiting Washington DC. Room and bathrooms were clean and uptodate. Breakfast had many different cold and hot offerings. Many varied restaurant options with 1-2 blocks. The best part was the EASY access to the DC Metro! We will stay here on our next DC visit.

Elevator to garage.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The free breakfast was great and the pool and jacuzzi were both great.

The parking is a bit steep ($35 a night), but that’s probably comparable to the other hotels in the area.

Superior standard of cleanliness of elevators, hallways & the room. No residues of chemicals on linens, towels, bedcovers. Configuration of room design is mind blowing beautiful, thoughtful to the smallest details!! All I am thinking is the architect’s beautiful mind and heart- my highest respect!

HVAC unit was noisy. Set at 72 the heater went on, 71 was ok/ish but wouldn’t last. 70 was a (noisy) refrigerator.

Great location with lots of resturants and a grocery store within walking distance. Parking is $25 a night, but if you chose not to drive the metro is close by. The hotel was clean and spacious and we appreciated the full sized fridge. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

House keeping never came during our stay. We wanted to enjoy the pool, however there was a group there with several kids that were running, flipping into the pool, pushing, diving (all of which were against pool rules). The lifeguard just let it happen. Every few minutes they'd go to the door and let more people in who didn't have a key card to access the pool it was obvious that most of them weren't hotel guests, so it's a bit frustrating that they were allowed to enjoy the pool without paying for the amenity and that was taken from us.

Easily accessible to national mall. Even better were the shopping areas not far from hotel. The staff was very sccomodating. The area was very quiet and inviting.

The only thing we’re pathetic pillows. I love firmer pillows.

Breakfast variety was great. Hotel lobby was clean. Rooms were spacious. Hotel was a 10 min Uber ride to all the important things in DC. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Whole Foods within walking distance.

Parking is limited and tight. It was frustrating arriving to the hotel to not be able to get a parking spot in the garage.
