- The whole bathroom gets flooded when taking a shower and the floor very slippery. It would be good to enclose the shower - The airport pick-up the hotel organised arrived with driver and guide who advertised their city tours during the ride and later kept on contacting me on WhatsApp to sell their tours (on the phone number they probably got from the hotel). Not directly the hotel’s fault, but they should cooperate with trustworthy drivers

This place was absolutely wonderful. Traveling from the USA. We came from the Leela Palace in Udaipur and were walking on Cloud 9 from that stay, yet somehow the staff at Dileep Kothi made us feel like the most cherished guests. The pictures on Booking do not do the property or rooms justice. The place is stunning. The chef, Dinesh, made the most delicious meals. Not only that but we arrived weary off of a night train and he made us feel SO welcomed. He makes incredible espressos on top of the meals. We had the pleasure of dining there for dinner and would highly suggest the dinner service. Our laundry was laundered within 24 hours for about 20% of the cost of Leela’s laundry service. The owner came to personally thank us for staying and we were so touched by her hospitality. What else can I say? We loved our dinner and cocktails at Peacock, walkable from the hotel, and I picked up a gorgeous custom fit saree at Ethnic Textiles just down the street. Loved everything about our stay here.

Nice and cozy boutique hotel. Rooms are large and spacious. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Was asked to pre-pay for the property on a separate website link -- initially thought it was a scam since I had already provided my credit card details for the guarantee via booking.com. Would appreciate more visibility upfront that the payment would be done via another channel!

I didn’t like having to pay via a link - I feel this doesn’t protect the consumer from cyber fraud which I’m very cautious of. It would be better if you either pay via booking or at the hotel

Absolutely stunning property! The attention to detail and weaving of historical family photos in the decor throughout the living and dining rooms was impressive. Our bedroom was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We also had a nice wrap around balcony that provided natural light. Our room was stocked with bottled water and yummy freshly baked cookies everyday. The breakfasts and dinners were also very delicious. We also liked that the property had Netflix available to guests. The hotel was wonderful in arranging our transport from and to the train station. We also likedthat the property was in a quiet residential area with a shopping mall and Starbucks within walking distance.

The bathroom had an open shower (no partition/enclosure) which made for a wet bathroom. Also, there was no full length mirror in the bedroom (only a mirror in the bathroom). Although the bed was comfy, the pillows were too soft.

They prepared nice dinner in the balcony just for us. Breakfast was unique as well. They served puri with delicious curry and fresh juices in the dining room. We felt a warm welcome. And the place was located in a very nice quiet area. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean.

As there was no shower curtain, the floor was all wet after shower. It could be better if the shower is enclosed.

Whilst not the plushest of hotels - and our room probably struggled to be called a suite - there is certainly a charm to the place. Lunch and dinner on the terrace was a joy. The atmosphere really was that of a family home - which of course is what it is. But what made our stay so enjoyable was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of the way to help. Head chef Dinesh and reception manager Tajit were super helpful. But the best of the bunch was Govind - he came from humble beginnings but has the potential to go very far if given the opportunity.

This is second time staying at this marvelous small boutique hotel. The hospitality received is royal. The property, the food, the ambiance and more importantly the staff members are wonderful. This is a royal family home turned into a small luxury hotel, with a royal energy. The family lives on the premises in one of the apartments and at times they stop by in the dining area or living area to say Hello! The family is wonderful! So humble and kind, courteous! Wonderful place to stay! So peaceful and has large terraces with a beautiful garden. I cannot wait to go back next year!

Payment arrangement was confusing prior to arrival at the hotel. Some staffs weren’t as friendly as expected from a luxurious boutique hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem! I had an incredible stay at Dileep Kothi. It will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Jaipur. The hotels and the rooms are very charming, comfortable and spotless clean. It has a very homey vibe but with a luxurious element. It also offers excellent services. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly and they do everything to make you feel at home and to help you organize your trip. The food was also excellent, with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. You can tell that the management are very thoughtful and really put in the effort to make your stay memorable. The hotel is in an excellent location in C-Scheme (on a quiet street but you can easily get transportation to the old city and the sites - which are around 5/10 minutes away). I would highly recommend this hotel.
