The three bed property was clean, welcoming and had excellent facilities and the resort itself also had excellent facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, putting green, gym, barbecue) and backed onto a golf course which we had access to allowing for a lovely morning run. The apartment was supplied with tea, coffee and milk which was great given we didn’t arrive till nearly midnight due to a delayed flight. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was easy, from booking and special requests right through to check-out. We had a special request for a ground level room owing to one guest being in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Everything provided in the apartment was accessible to this guest, with a walk-in shower in the ensuite and wide, tiled spaces to move around. Even the establishment pool was mobility friendly. All appliances and furniture in the apartment were in good condition/working order. The kitchen was stocked with ample appliances, dishes and utensils. There honestly wasn’t even so much as a squeaky fan, everything was great!

Beautiful gardens with clean barbecues. Great pools, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, short drive into cairns centre, about 10 minutes out. Large shopping centre 5 minutes drive with Coles. Parking for two cars

Would be too far out for someone who wants to be in amongst the centre. Minor point but no tea towel provided to dry dishes, not an issue if you use the dishwasher. Tiles had not been swept or vacuumed under the beds

The space of the apartment, the items in the apartment made it feel comfortable like a home. Had all the necessary necessities required for a holiday stay.

Noise from the taps being turned on and off, especially with the hot water. It was loud and could be heard through the apartment.

The pool was amazing and the location of the resort. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The room was a great size and easy reach of the pool.

The kitchen needed a really good clean. The utensils and other cooking items needed cleaning before we could use them.

Spacious 3bdrm/2bthrm apartment with all needs covered - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, smart televisions in lounge and all bedrooms, great wifi. Beautiful grounds, secure parking, very quiet, nice secure patio/garden area on ground floor apartments for kids. Liked that it was not right in the city, but only a 10min easy drive to get to city.

After ringing them 3 times for directions to apartment to find my elderly mother had trouble walking up 2 flights of stairs Then to find no single beds for my boys so rang a 4th time to ask for lower level room and 2 single beds they did change our rooms was happy after that

Not having the single beds after booking for 2 boys and the 2 flights of stairs wasn’t good for my elderly mother There also was a shortage of coffees sugar and salt pepper had to get more

The pool was absolutely stunning. There are two pool, therefore no matter where you stay inside there is limited walking distance. The plant surrounding the pool were looked after using the same quality as a 5 star hotel. The price we paid was absolutely worth for the pool facility.

Well, I have to say the service was very limited. I'm not sure if this has always been the case or only like this since Covid. It's my first time staying in a resort/hotel where towels are only provided at the beginning. I understand that there is washing machine in the apartment, which can be used to wash and reuse the towels, however my expectation as a resort was that we can be provided professional cleaned towels as requested. Not to mentioned I only got told this when I asked for them.

Great quiet spot along the highway and close to the golf course. Easy access to highway and thus to other parts of the city. Really nice pool in the middle of the facility with a spa section. Great for our purposes.

Was a quiet oasis with everything you needed. Good spaces and even used some of the games.

Possibly a little out of town if you don’t have transport but we did. The wifi was not working at the time something that couldn’t be fixed but that is minor.
