A stunning gem that truly showcases the best of Irish hospitality. From the moment you arrive, the courteous and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The luxurious accommodation offers breathtaking views and ultimate comfort. Dining is a first-class experience, with exquisite food that reflects the richness of the region. The spa is equally impressive – a serene haven of relaxation. A perfect blend of elegance and warmth, this hotel is an unforgettable escape on the Irish coast.
The layout takes a while to figure out...😆

Absolutely Everything. This hotel is really Special. From the minute you enter Reception which is on the 5th floor, to the Wonderful staff that greet you, they are so friendly and helpful. The room was AMAZING, it had a balcony with stunning breathtaking views. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was equally spacious with the cutest waterfall taps. Dressing gowns and slippers were great to have also. The very generous breakfasts were Fabulous, I looked forward to them each morning. Everything you could want with Fabulous Gluten Free options also. The hotel is like being on a cruise ship, it's so enjoyable and relaxing. Cliff (as I christened him) is the Hotel Robin 🐦, he is so cute and adorable. The golf area is also so cute. The beach is a very short walk and people in the village were so helpful and friendly also. Those lovely thoughtful touches were great, such as having the fridge stocked. I have been very fortunate to have stayed in some very Luxurious Hotels not just in Ireland but around the world, such as The Carlton in Cannes, South of France. The K Club, Sraffan, Co Kildare, The Westbury, Clontarf Castle & The Shelbourne Dublin, Hayfield Manor, Fota Island Resort and The Castlemartyr Cork, Le Negresco Hotel, Nice, South of France, The Winter Palace Hotel Luxor, Egypt and many more and I have to say that The Cliff House Hotel is right up there with them ❤️ This Hotel has it all, the Amazing, Welcoming, Wonderful staff of The Cliff House Hotel make it all look so easy. A huge Thank You to them all. You have to experience this Hotel for yourself, book it, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy it.
That I had to leave 💔😭💔

support friendly employees and excellent location. the view is unbelievable and the town is very quiet and great for this who want to relax and enjoy their family time. we stayed 9 days in the hotel and will for sure visit the hotel again but for shorter period. i recommend to book a room with balcony, it feels like you are in yacht with great view to the ocean.
the hotel is design more for couples and small family. not enough activities for kids and the food is not dosing for Arab / muslim guests. most of the food contains alcohol or ham. the breakfast menu is very limited , we end up ordering same food everyday. the staff also are not fully aware of attraction near by the hotel, example it took then few hours to recommend good gym near by the hotel and they were also not fully aware of the golf course and process to book tees. nevertheless , i still recommend the place and will visit it one day.

Stunning location, fabulous room with balcony and sea view. Incredible attention to detail from minute one. Our car was parked and charged (EV) for us and bags brought to our room. Michelin starred restaurant lived up to it's reputation, with excellent dining. Breakfasts were divine and my partner, who is coeliac was very well looked after in this regard. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The spa and leisure facilities were excellent too. Definitely going back.
Absolutely nothing to cause us any distraction from a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Amazing views, lovely welcome from reception and the concierge, complimentary arrival snacks in the mini fridge. Nice outdoor jacuzzi. Currently having new carpets fitted and it looks lovely. Lovely cliff walk. Clean. I would revisit at some point.
Restaurant and bar is overpriced and be careful when asking for water for the table as they charge for the filtered version. Breakfast could be elevated with offerings of vegetarian sausages and/or pancakes as the waffles are too sweet. Our room wasn't made up during the two night stay. It was a shame the Michelin restaurant was closed.

Spectacular location with great staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. Most of the food was excellent being well prepared and presented with a great selection. The only let down was the Prawn and Avocado starter. The Avocado was not ripe and the prawns were chopped into small pieces to go further. Should have been whole succulent prawns as that was what the dish was.
Public areas are poor and this is probably due to the location having been built into the side of a cliff. TV in room wasn't working on arrival but was sorted out very quickly. Channel selection needs changing - No sky

Views from the room and restaurant/bar are stunning, room (deluxe terrace) very comfortable, tub was lovely. Excellent Ocean restaurant and bar. Staff well trained and helpful (Sean, the doorman was excellent.)
Whole place is starting to look a little worn, and needs refurbishment, carpets need replacing (or at least need to be cleaned), ashtray on our deck was not cleaned out. It needs a better fitness room for a 5 star place (super small and you can’t really work out there).

The view was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. We did not use the spa facilities but they did look amazing. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. Superb wine list. The patio umbrellas were really quite whimsical. The staff were lovely and took care of every question I had. We Took the time to check out the Cliff Walk and the views were incredible...nice walk with lots of history. I will stay here again if we are ever back in this part of Ireland.
I can't think of anything that I would change or try to improve on.Management and staff obviously know what they are doing.

I have stayed here before so had a good idea what to expect. I felt welcomed ahead of my arrival and again on arriving in person. As expected the room was excellent and the huge bed had pristine sheets. The shampoo and conditioner really is very good. Smells gorgeous and my hair felt beautifully shiny. The breakfast was a delight with a gorgeous sea view. There is an option for room service breakfast for a slightly higher price that has to be requested before 3am, which I might take advantage of on my next visit purely so can have a really relaxed leisurely breakfast. The view is marvellous . It was wonderful to have a cozy seat and footstool to sit and gaze at the view. Will definitely come here again if they have a vacancy on my next trip to Ireland.
The carpet on the spiral staircase is getting a little worn between the reception and restaurant floor. It is a beautiful carpet that has different shades between floors that kind of ties in with the land and seascape.
