Breakfast was very good

There should be an option for guests that arrive late that do not want a five course dinner , to be offered a sandwich menu, this option is for sure lacking and needs to be considered, some guests have other events booked and desire just a simple sandwich , this is not an option at Ballymaloe House

Although it is an expensive choice, everything was of a very high quality which made it excellent value for money

Location perfect. Breakfast was delicious - mainly home produce, absolutely fantastic. From start to finish an exceptional experience.

Nothing really

We loved everything: our room was perfect, quiet with a comfortable bed and great bedding. The staff were amazing—- always going out if tbeir way to be helpful and enhance your stay. The restaurant needs no description—-wonderful food cooked with great love and care.

The setting was stunning. The menu and food were exceptional. Staff were welcoming. Our accommodations were spacious. The history of the building and grounds is fascinating. The story of the Allen family and their descendants is truly inspirational.

The attention to detail in everything . Love the fact that they try in as far as possible to make or produce as much on site eg grow their own vegetables, herbs ,fruit, flowers ,eggs, ,honey, jam ,some meats : pork and lamb .Do their own coffee roasting . Also source their produce locally fish + cheese .

A bit pricey but to put a package like this together and employ so many staff can understand why .

The staff are fantastic as was the food (breakfast was a wonder). Great sized rooms, Adam and the team behind the bar made us feel right at home!

We were very pleased with procedure the management dealt with a problem we had during dinner the first night. And every effort was made to ensure we enjoyed the rest of our stay. We look forward to returning in the future.
