**room nicely decorated **comfy bed and bedding **quality shower and bathroom facilities **nice and peaceful from outside the room **coffee machine, nice idea! - more coffee pods would be even better! **good ambience lighting **good picture on the telly **perfect eating in your Collin's Restaurant **tasty and satisfying breakfast **a modern hotel with good quality decor too!

The room was far too hot and so my sleep wasn't that good. The cartons of spring water were too warm to drink to satisfy your thirst when waking up in a hot and stuffy room. A fridge with chilled water would be an advantage!

Rooms very good quality, we visited at Easter and there was a free box of chocolates left out welcoming us to the hotel not sure if this is standard or just for Easter but it was a nice touch (which doesn’t cost the hotel much but these little things all add up) in general good clean room with modern fittings.

Large Carpark but struggled to get a space when we turned up. Room had no view through the window and looked out onto a flat roof which had what looked like a large steel container right outside the window. Didn’t bother us as we were just using the hotel as a base for breakfast and sleep.

The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was accessible friendly but the fittings were dated [like the shower head] and the washroom sink was cracked. The reception staff were very helpful & polite. Having the leisure centre is fun, but can be very busy at times. The facilities [swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi etc] there were also clean and good. The food options in the restaurant are not very inspiring - we had one dinner there and the food was OK. Not that much for vegetarians and vegans in terms of options.

There was a lot of noise outside the property late into the night [not anybody can do anything about rowdy teens] needed to keep windows open to get some ventilation and that affected sleep quality.

We had an excellent stay here, as a family of 3 with our young daughter. The staff in the bar and serving breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and hotel generally were very clean. We didn't immediately think it would be suitable for kids but it's an easy bus ride to cork so chose it, but there were lots of families staying. The staff were all so attentive and welcoming.

It would have been helpful to have a fridge in our room, I should have asked if it might be possible!

Location (in the centre, close to shops and playground), Rooms (sufficient size, clean, comfortable bathroom), Cleanliness in general, Restaurant (many options in the menu, quick service), Car park

Swimming pool - two lanes are dedicated for long swimming. If these two lanes are full, then you have to use the third lane. At certain times, there are so many people in the third lane, so, even short swimming is not possible at that moment. This lane should be wider to allow more people to swim at the same lane at the same moment.

we Liked how the Room Was Tidy & Clean The Walking Shower the Coffee maker Machine Everything was good And Perfect And Nice & Clean And Quite Were we were put And The staff were lovely & Also The Breakfast Was Amazing ... and the staff were lovely There two 😊😊 And Off course you cant Forget the Comfort & The Quiteness And The Apple Juice Off course u cant bait a Glass Off apple Juice And The staff at the counter for the swimming were lovely 2 swimming pool Sauna Steam Room Was Lovely And the jacuzzi and swimming pool Were lovely & Amazing to We went to The Carrigaline hotel a few times but never Went Swimming Or Had Breakfast there so since we went here again It Was Lovely 😊😊😁😁 I really recommend going back there again

there Wasnt Anything We Didnt Like ... to be Fair

From the minute you walk in I was greeted with a very smiley face Faby at reception I always ask for ice in my room and extra towels within 5 mins there were at my room excellent service staff very friendly helpful . Breakfast was amazing staff were so friendly funny chatty there was one girl she wore a head scarf such a pretty girl she really looked after us xxx

Okkkk in our room 143, there was 5 cracked on the bathroom tiles. More biscuits please u have 4 coffees but 2 biscuits . The bin in bedroom the bag was tore with a hole in it not good enough. Oh 1 thing I would put a very bright picture or mat at reception a bit to dark

The rooms were nice and comfortable. And the front desk staff were exceptional both before we arrived as well as while we were there. We booked a total of 3 rooms and everyone was very comfortable.

It is quite a large property so required a good bit of walking to rooms, etc. 2 in our group are elderly and that was a little more difficult for them. Also there isn't a whole lot of things within walking distance. That wasn't as big of a deal for us since we needed to drive more with our elderly travelers anyway. But not many pubs, bars, restaurants very close.

The staff were really helpful. Especially in The Bistro restaurant. The rooms were clean. The food was amazing.

We stayed in room 133. There wasn't enough loo roll, less than half a roll, no spares, not enough towels. Reception did correct this the next day. However, I do think enough money is paid that these should be checked. My main issue was that there was a generator outside our window, the noise was constant, and there was no forewarning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big, spacious hotel in a great location, only a few minutes walk into town and loads of parking. We stayed there because we were going to a concert in Musgrave park and going the the airport the following day and it was a perfect location for both, only a 10/15 mins drive away. Breakfast was excellent, loads of options and all fresh. Very good service in the breakfast room and again the staff were lovely and friendly.
