Staff throughout were excellent. Was concerned to find out that staff working late shift (until 2am) do not get a lift home from the hotel. Nice breakfast - lots of choice.

The parking issue is ridiculous. Pay the hotel a flat fee for your stay, but you are not guaranteed a parking space. Then, go to Lapp's Quay Public Parking, who have an "arrangement" with hotel, which I think is 12 Euro, but if you leave the car park temporarily, you have to pay again! Could get very expensive. Would be nice if there was one parking fee, to be used at either/both parking areas.

It was very clean and I was fortunate to have a room with a view of the river and beyond. Staff were very helpful and nothing was any problem. Within walking distance to shops and bus station and stops for travel outside of Cork.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that there were only tea & coffee making facilities in room. I was on my own, elderly and on a budget and it was too expensive to eat in their restaurant for all meals. I would have liked a microwave as these had been available in the other hotels in Ireland

Location- only a few minutes from the bus station and short walk to the train station. Friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.

No aircon. I know we’re in Ireland and don’t get big summers but we stayed on a very average summer day, it was extremely humid and hot in the room despite the window being opened and a fan in the room. The fan only spread the dust around. It was uncomfortable. Food was average- the chicken breast was extremely dry without much flavour

Location was fantastic, very close to Live at the Marquee only walking distance away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. Breakfast was average and the rooms had everything you would need.

Parking was hard to locate around the hotel. Hotel car park is very small so we used the other car park, we found that car park hard to locate at first as there was a lot of traffic when we arrived but it’s actually just behind the hotel.

Room was spacious with nice views of River lee. Staff friendly. BST & grill looks cozy and welcoming g. Lovely smell in lobby & rooms. Close to Kent yrzinstztion? And airport bus.

Pillows a bot hard, and before linen not silky soft. Crisp like cotton.

The room, location, facilities and staff were excellent. The breakfast was really good. Sited very centrally close to the centre, train and bus station and is probably the closest hotel to the Marquee concert venue. Parking is onsite or across the road in a public park with a discount hotel rate.

Parking can still be expensive. My single bed in a room with a double and single, while comfortable, did move around easily and at the slightest touch. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the bedrooms although a fan is available in each room.

It was spotless and the staff were amazing and so helpful. Due to an drink vendors error I got an expired drink from the vending machine (nothing to do with the hotel) once brought to the attention of staff they immediately changed the drink item for me and put the machine out of order so the vendor could inspect all other items. I also loved that the hotel windows only opened from the top and at a slant, travelling with two toddlers it gave me peace of mind as an extra safety feature.

Due to a drink venders error (not the hotels fault) I got an expired drink but once I mentioned it to staff the hotel swapped it immediately.

Lovely clean, fresh room, breakfast was very nice plenty of food to choose from.

Room was comfortable, bathroom clean but there were some lose fittings , soap tray and safety handle. There was an adjoining door which was thin and neighbours disturbed our sleep. Although this was on the main street traffic and pedestrians were not heard as the double glazing worked. Location was perfect. Breakfast was additional but not used.

Parking costs extra €25 for 24 hours.. Breakfast €30 per person. Lots of people sleeping on the streets around the general area which made walking about a little uncomfortable and unsecure.

There was a lot of noise on our floor during the night . People banging doors and shouting. Not the hotel’s fault but it definitely affected our sleep.
