Room layout was very nice, with nice "living area" separating bedroom from very nice bathroom and sofa which could serve as a "snoring room" ;-). TV both in that area and bedroom. Room had everything we needed. Location is fantastic with a short walk into the city centre, and the street itself full off nice restaurants and bars, and with a nice vibe also in the evening.

Only thing was that the room was very warm, even though the outside temperature was only in the high teens. For us it was OK, but I am not sure I would like to stay in that room when the weather was above 20 celsius. A Dyson fan was provided, and so the problem acknowledged and an attempt at a solution provided, but those are not air conditioning - they only blow cool air and are very noisy if set high enough to really make a difference.

Great location - McCurtain Street! Sin-E, Corner House are great for music. Dan Lowery’s was a wonderful pub. Great food in the area too. Five points for a smear bagel and americano!

Parking is a bit of a challenge for some because it’s too limited. We were able to find a spot unfortunately we didn’t need to move.

The shower is old and puts water out on the floor of the bathroom. Did not like having to haul a weeks worth of luggage up 5 flights of stairs for the unit we stayed in.

Apartment was clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds and lots of room. Staff were very helpful We would stay again as it really was a great place to stay.

Only downside was the check out time was 10.30 and we felt very rushed to leave. Cleaning staff were trying to enter the room just before 10.30 and staff rang the room at 10.40 to tell us to leave. We had been in the area for a funeral and the family was exhausted.

Honestly this is such a hidden gem, im from cork myself but decided to stay for a night out in city, I was blown away to how pretty eveything was, the staff are so lovely and it’s such a peaceful chill vibe and I will 100% not look beyond here to stay again, has become one of my favourites and I didn’t want to leave. Amazing!

I enjoyed everything, all the staff were amazing and very helpful. I enjoyed a beautiful dinner in the Greenes restaurant, and the breakfast was the best I have had since travelling, and I have been travelling for 3 months! The very central location was a bonus, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see during my stay.

Great location, lovely building

The step going into the bathroom in our room is a little dodgy. My sister tripped and fell into the bathroom knocking herself out in the process and ended up with two big bruises on her arm

we had a very spacious room at the front of the hotel thought would be noisy, but with triple glazed windows really quite. reception staff were very polite and helpful, but the waiting staff for breakfast were exceptional very attentive and good at there jobs.

The hotel Isaacs was in a perfect location to walk and explore Cork! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, soundproof (Xmas parties going on downstairs in the bar and restaurant did not bother us at all), comfy beds, hot powerful shower and a Dyson fan in the room was a BONUS!! We would stay again for sure!

Loved that I could walk from train station, feel incredibly safe as a solo female, and had fabulous food and drink right on the same block. Room was gorgeous and large.
