I have stayed in this hotel for a couple of times and it is always my first choice every time I come to Cork. The location is excellent and room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent which has plenty of choices. The price is reasonable too. I would highly recommend to others no matter for leisure or for business visit.

During this visit, I found 2 minor issues. The reason I mention here is for future improvement. I found a patch of stain inside the duvet cover on one side of the double bed. There were only 2 pieces of paper face tissue in the box in the toilet on my first night. I expected it would be replaced the next day when they cleaned the room. However, the box was left empty on the second night.

Arrived very late due to late flight. My normal experience arriving this late to a hotel is to be met by grumpy, tired hotel staff, but here, I am met by lively informative staff, which was great. Room ok, breakfast was beautiful on both mornings of our stay. Staff again very attentive. You can walk across the airport car park to the terminal, which was both bizarre and fantastic. There is a free shuttle transfer on request.There is a bus stop just outside the hotel with half hourly buses to city centre, as advised by helpful hotel stuff, they will arrange taxis if required

Everything was excellent! We often travel to cork for completions and this has been the best place to stay! Staff were really friendly, specially Sabrina at the front desk made us feel very welcomed and was excellent. Great and super quiet location. Car park also plenty spaces. One of the most comfortable beds I have came across in hotels, air-conditioning superb . Clean . Super quiet, we got full night sleep without a single disturbance. Bar on first floor also great with lovely outside seating area and staff were great. Definitely in future will be staying there.

breakfast selection was very good and prompt service, important on business trips. The same for lunch and dinner, both very enjoyable with a good selection on the menu and very generous portions. The room was a very good size and well laid out, my only grumble would be having two beds in a room when you book as a solo traveller is a bit of a waste of space. The bed, and more importantly the pillows, were very comfortable so no issues here. For an early morning flight the location was perfect, just minutes to the terminal.

I have stayed here 20 plus times. It's incredibly convenient for visiting family and is great when you arrive at Cork Airport at an antisocial time of night. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Of particular note is the tall blonde lady (apologies I always keep meaning to ask her name) who always seems to be the breakfast room greeter when I stay at the hotel. She is friendly and incredibly efficient at her job, seemingly doing many tasks simultaneously but always has time to welcome and check guests have what they need. Breakfast is very good with a wonderful choice of full Irish, breads, pastries, yoghurts, fresh porridge, bircher muesli, fruits and gluten free options etc. You couldn't ask for more. The rooms are above average size and are always spotlessly clean with crisp, clean bed linen and comfy beds and pillows.

Very little. It's such a great hotel, great location with lovely staff. Being very picky. It would be amazing if it had a swimming pool.

Room was fantastic with lots of toiletries and towels, breakfast service was 100%, evening meal in restaurant was unfortunately not the best experience.

Evening meal service - Waited almost 15 minutes for vinegar to be brought to table, and then another 10 to 15 minutes to order a second drink, restaurant was not busy at this stage, and then again a long wait for bill which was then brought down and handed to me as just the receipt, every other table received bill in a leather pouch on a plate - perhaps the colleague did not appreciate how we looked compared to others dining there but did not appreciate this lack of same service - I know this is menial to complain about but all customers should be the same!!

We ate in the restaurant/bar and the food was excellent. Staff was so welcoming and the room was large and comfortable. It took just a minute with the shuttle to get to the airport, but if had not had so much luggage we could have easily walked. We left very early in the morning, 5:00 a.m., and they still had coffee and croissants ready to go in the lobby. That was a nice touch.

For us, lighting and plugs in a hotel room are always an issue. Most motel rooms don't have plugs in the bathrooms for curling irons. Then a woman has to search around for a plug. When they find one, it is never near a mirror. And lighting is too dim to put on makeup. This is across the world, not just this hotel.

I only stayed for one short night to catch an early flight. Way-out-of-town location, ideal for the airport or for business travellers. You'd ideally want to have access to a car. Nice reception staff. Free airport shuttle bus with lovely driver. Complimentary tea, coffee, pastries, fruit in lobby when I came down for my 6am airport shuttle – a great start to my day. Room 244: Really spacious, attractive room. Plenty of workspace for business travellers and lots of wardrobe and drawer space, even for longer stays. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. I could list all the very good room facilities now, but you’d still be reading tomorrow. Let’s just say, my room had everything one could possibly wish for, in a hotel of this category.

The cosmetic (magnifying) mirror in the bathroom was missing, i.e. had not yet been replaced. The LG smart TV was not set up for streaming services (e.g. RTE Player, Netflix, Amazon Prime…) which was a bit of a surprise in this day and age. Also, BBC News and Sky News channels were not tuned in. My TV lost its signal altogether at 9.20pm on a Saturday night. Bummer.

Staff are lovely, food was delicious. Had both dinner and breakfast and bot h were very tasty. Rooms have air conditioning which was a gift as a windows don't open that much. Beds were very comfy. Hotel itself, including the restaurants and decor are all gorgeous.

We waited 1 hour and 15 mins for our room service delivery. I was a bit disappointed, to be honest. I phoned down and was told that they were busy serving the women's rugby team. However, as we had settled our bill upon arrival, there was no credit card on the room, they were able to send the same person up to the room 5 mins later, after delivering the food to ask me to pay for the food, mid eating! Bad approach!

Bar 24h, reception 24h, size of the room, close to the airport and the breakfast was good

The hotel is relatively old and with too much carpets.
